| Objective To observe the effectiveness of reduced glutathion(GSH) onmyocardial protection in operation of acyanotic congenital heart diseaseand valvular heart disease. Methods Thirty patients with acyanotic congenitalheart disease were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty patients withvalvular heart disease were randomly divided into two groups. Trial group ofcyanotic congenital heart disease (n=15) received GSH in pumppriming(20mg/kg), and control group of cyanotic congenital heart disease(n=15) received the same dose of saline solution. Trial group of valvular heartdisease (n=15) in the CPB priming solutuion by adding glutathion(dose1200mg),and control group of valvular heart disease (n=15) received the same amount ofsaline solution. LDH,CK,CK-MB,and AST were detected at various time points. Results The levels of LDH,CK,CK-MB,and AST in trial group after cardiopulmonarybapass were significantly lower than in control group at various time points. Conclusion reduced glutathion shows effective myocardial protection inoperation of acyanotic congenital heart disease and valvular heart disease. |
