The Clinical Observation To Moxifloxacin Triple Therapy For Helicobacter Pylori Remedial Treatment

Objective Observe the effect of retreatment of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection inpatients with moxifloxacin-based triple therapy to eradicate.Methods Collected cases that Helicobacter pylori remained positive prompted bythe13C-urea breath test or rapid urease test, after the eradication of Helicobacterpylori.They were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group rabeprazoleenteric-coated capsules (10mg,twice daily)+amoxicillin (1000mg,twice daily)+moxifloxacin (400mg,once daily) triple therapy, treatment for7days;+bismuthpotassium citrate (control group, the use of rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules(10mg)240mg twice daily)+clarithromycin (500mg twice daily)+tinidazole (400mgtwice daily) quadruple regimen of7days; Four weeks after the end of treatment,detection of13C-urea breath test negative for HP eradication, otherwise fail toeradicate, and observed during the treatment of adverse drug reactions and patientcompliance.Results (1) Moxifloxacin experimental group and control group HP eradicationrates were87.5%,67.5%, significantly higher, χ2=4.588, the difference between thetwo groups was statistically significant (P <0.05);(2)ulcer disease and chronicatrophic gastritis in patients with both HP eradication rate in the experimental groupwere84.6%,88.9%, χ2=0.016, the difference between the two was statisticallysignificant (P>0.05);(3) two groupsin both patients with varying degrees of headache,nausea, vomiting and other adverse reactions, but to a lesser extent, may adhere to the medication to continue the experiment, the treatment group, incidence of adversereactions compared with the control group.Conclusion1、moxifloxacin combined with amoxicillin, rabeprazole triple therapyeradication rate in rabeprazole+bismuth potassium citrate+clarithromycin+tinidazole quadruple.2、Moxifloxacin triple therapy on peptic ulcer, chronic atrophicgastritis, both Helicobacter pylori-associated disease eradication rate ofundifferentiated3、 In this study, the incidence of adverse events withmoxifloxacin-based triple regimen low patient compliance is high, price economy, theeradication rate, and provide new programs for the eradication of Helicobacter pylorion the clinical.4、Moxifloxacin triple therapy can be the re-eradication programs.
