Objective To research whether there exists the autonomic nervous disorders inpatients with metabolic syndrome(MS);explicit the relationship between the MS andthe autonomic nervous system;explore the early diagnosis method of patients withmetabolism syndrome;discuss the influencing factors of Autonomic Nerve Function. Methods Choose78cases of research object,45patients suffering from MS and33normal subjects.1.All of the research objects receive the Ewing test in order to acquirethe every scores and receive the24hours in the dynamic ecg in order to acquire thetime Domain Indices of the heart rate variability(HRV) analysis. Comparativelyanalyse the differences of Ewing test and HRV between the two groups;2. analyse therelationship between the MS and the autonomic nervous system;3.Analyse theinterrelationships between Ewing test and HRV analysis.4. Adopts the method ofmultiple variable linear regression equation to identify the influence factors aboutHRV.Results1.every time Domain Indices of HRV were decreased obviously(p<0.05),and thepositive rates of Ewing test Increased significantly(p<0.05);2.FPG、SBP、TG、WC are all the risk factors of Autonomic Nerve Function;3.RMSSD and PNN50are positively correlated to the Heart rate poor breathing and valsalva ratio respectively,SDNN and SDANN are negatively correlated to the bloodpressure about differential pressure lie down(p<0.05).4.HRV analysis is better than Ewing test in relevance ratio about the autonomicnervous disorders(p<0.05);5.Blod pressure、TG、HDL-C、FBG、WC are all of the influence factors about HRV.Conclusions1.there exists the autonomic nervous disorders in patients with metablicsyndrome(MS);2. The risk of dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system significantly increased inpatients with metabolic syndrom;3.In the early diagnosis respect HRV is more delicacy than Ewing test;4.Blod pressure、TG、HDL-C、FBG、WC are all of the influence factors aboutautonomic nerves in patients with MS.
