Objective: Compare the traditional operation and atherectomy treatment of varicoseveins postoperative complications, and evaluation of results of operations and their advantagesand disadvantages of traditional surgical atherectomy. Methods: Retrospective analysis of hospitalization line in January2003to January201060cases of the traditional surgical treatment of cases of lower extremity varicose veins,75limbs.Was hospitalized on January2003to January2010Trivex surgery treatment of cases oflower extremity varicose veins in60cases, a total of76of the clinical data of the limb.Result: Trivex The mean operative time of35.5minutesAverage length of stay of5.6days,Average incision quantity of5.2,55patients (92.1%) of the70limbs,Subjectiveexperience significant improvement in19patients,20limbs (26.3%), local tenderness,16(21.1%), subcutaneous ecchymosis30(39.5%) consciously subcutaneous cord-like sense oftraction,16(21.1%) of the lower extremities local numbness, limb3(3.9%) incisionalinfection was not found after deep vein thrombosis, follow-up yearafterThe Trivex group76limbs, the two limbs in varying degrees of varicose vein. Conventional surgery group meanoperative time was90.5minutes, average length of stay of9.2days, the subjective feelings ofthe number of surgical incision more than six of56patients (70limbs93.3%) alsosignificantly improved,47patients,56limbs (74.7%)local tenderness, of which18patientswith22limbs (29.3%) need to take pain analgesia,75limbs in31(41.3%), ecchymosis;46(61.3%) consciously subcutaneous cord-liketraction,21(28%) of the sense of lower extremity partial numbness.10(13.3%) limbs incision infection, antibiotic therapy and dressingimproved cured.3(4%), limb deep vein thrombosis,75limbs, four limbs varicose veins. Conclusion: Minimally invasive plane aspiration in the treatment of lower extremityvaricose veins less invasive than traditional ablative surgery, shorter operative time, postoperative pain, fewer complications, thorough treatment, etc. Is a surgical approachshould be promoted.
