Objective Research proton magnetic resonance spectrum (1H-MRS) imaging inastrocytomas qualitative and classification of the value.Method Retrospective study the60cases were diagnosed astrocytomas postoperativepatients, including male38cases, women22cases conventional and spectrum, magneticresonance examination. Assessment of the spectrum metabolites include Cho/NAA,NAA/Crand Cho/Cr.Result Postoperative pathologic findings confirmed: among the60cases astrocytomas,30cases low-grade malignan(tWHOⅠ~Ⅱ)Highly malignant (WHO Ⅲ~Ⅳ) astrocytomas30cases. In almost all cases can find different degree spectrum olumes rises, NAA peak reduce,Cr is more stable to push the common image characteristics. In five cases of highly malignantastrocytomas can be found in the Lip peak, but not seen in the astrocytomas low-grademalignant. Lip peak can serve as a low-grade malignant and highly malignant difference in anindex, statistically significant difference between the two groups. Between various don’tastrocytomas no obvious difference NAA/Cr(P>0.05). Cho/Cho/Cr and NAA would havehighly statistically significant(P<0.01). Cr peak as spectrum metabolites in highly internalstandard in malignant tumor, reduced significantly, and may also reflects the malignant tumorchanges. Conclusion Think proton magnetic resonance spectrum (1H-MRS) imaging can forastrocytomas qualitative analysis and classification to provide reliable information.
