bjective:Lactobacillus acidophilus and linoleic acid observed antibiotic treatment of diarrhea, the efficacy of SD rats .Methods :Use standard SD male rats of clean grade 40 rats after 1 week to adapt to the environment, were randomly divided into 4 groups, A group (control group) 10, normal feeding and fed with 0.9% NaCl after 1 week Were killed by cervical dislocation; B group (model group 10), given daily for 3 consecutive days of lincomycin hydrochloride orally 4ml / d (0.5g/2ml), and then given orally every day for 3 days Lincomycin hydrochloride ADM 2ml / d (0.5g/2ml) were killed by cervical dislocation after; C group (natural recovery group 10), given daily for 3 consecutive days of lincomycin hydrochloride orally 4ml / d (0.5g/2ml), Daily for 3 days and then given lincomycin hydrochloride orally 2ml / d (0.5g/2ml), and fed with 0.9% NaCl after 1 week of natural recovery were killed by cervical dislocation; D group (treatment group) 10 , given daily for 3 consecutive days of lincomycin hydrochloride orally 4ml / d (0.5g/2ml), given daily for 3 days and then fed Lincomycin 2ml / d (0.5g/2ml), eosinophilic Lactobacillus and linoleic acid continuously for 1 week, rats were killed by cervical dislocation. The rats were killed after the above are at 5cm away from the small intestine cecum tissue sections stained by HE to observe the pathological changes, but was detected by immunohistochemistry of tumor necrosis factor-α(tumor necrosis factor-α, TNF-α) in the Content. And do get cecum intestinal fecal flora analysis. Flora analysis, HE staining of intestinal morphology and immunohistochemical staining results are mean±standard deviation (x±s) that the use of statistical software SPSS13.0, independent sample t test analysis of differences between the groups, P <0.05 The difference was significant, with statistical significance. Results : HE staining model group and normal control group, there was significant difference (P <0.05), natural recovery group and the normal control group, there was significant difference (P <0.05); the treatment group and the natural recovery group, there was significant Differences (P <0.05). Rat tissues after treatment, TNF-αdetected in each group compared with the normal group, there was significant difference (P <0.01),treatment group and model group, there were significant differences (P <0.01). Conclusion:TNF-αis a kind of a pro-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects of cytokines.Studies suggest that TNF-αmay be a different role of the receptor and ligand, triggering different downstream signaling cascades,Which mediates many inflammatory diseases. The results showed that Lactobacillus acidophilus and linoleic acid significantly reduced elevated TNF SD for a rat intestinalα, tips and linoleic acid Lactobacillus acidophilus in combination with certain anti-inflammatory and regulating immune function. This experiment can be successfully established animal model of antibiotic induced diarrhea in rats, Lactobacillus acidophilus on the significant effect of antibiotics cause diarrhea, antibiotics can reduceαinduced a high level of TNF.
