China has the most reserves of Rare Earth Elements in the world. Following the deeply developing, the application range is more and broader. As the Rare Earth Elements have the unique structure and properties, they have a lot application in industrial, agricultural and our daily life. As they enter into the environment, they may enter into the body. The accumulation of Rare Earth Elements in human body may destroy human’s health.Wheat is the staple food consumption. Select an accurately, simply, rapidly determination of Rare Rarth Element in wheat floor has important significance for the research of the diseases and the toxicity by Rare Rarth Element. This paper selects four color wheat, common wheat and the soil in five areas. Use microwave pressure digestion dealing with samples. The results showed that:the digestion conditions of wheat are:15min, digesting agent are 5mLHNO3 and 1mL H2O2; The digestion condition of soil are 20min, digesting agent are 5mL HNO3 and 2mL HClO4.Flow injection-chemiluminescence is used to determine the Rare Earth elements. Take the Luminol-K2S2O8 chemiluminescence system for determing. When the contents are in range of 1×10-6 g/ml~1×10-9 g/ml, it presents good linear relationship, R2=0.9983. The results has no significant differences to the results of spectrophotometry, the results are accurate and reliable. The results show that:1 The contents of Rare Earth elements in wheat are in range of 4.060-10.08μg/g. As for the wheat of same variety but different planting areas, blue wheat’s content is highest, grey wheat’s content is lowest. The results of variance analysis indicate that:the contents of Rare Earth in wheat have difference between varieties.2 As for the wheat of different varieties but same planting area, the wheat’content that planted in Zhengzhou is the highest, and the wheat’s content that planted in Shangqiu is the lowest. The results of variance analysis indicate that:the contents of Rare Earth in wheat have difference between planting areas.3 The contents of Rare Earth elements in soil of five areas are in range of 11.99~42.99μg/g. The content of Rare Earth elements in soil in Jiaozuo is the lowest, and the content of soil in Shangqiu is the highest. The contents in soil have the significant differences of the five areas.4 There have negative correlation between the content of Rare Earth elements in hard purple wheat, common purple wheat, blue wheat and the soil.5 Under the same growth environment, the wheats’absorption of Rare Earth elements are different. Common purple wheat’s bio-absorptance are in range of 9.672%~56.92%, it is the lowest, and Zhou16’s bio-absorptance are in range of 14.64%~75.74%, it is the highest, the results tell us that:bio-absorptance is closed related to the varieties’ physiological characteristics. Even the same variety but in different areas, the bio-absorptance are also different. So, the wheats’absorption of Rare Earth elements is not related to the soil, but also related to the varieties of the wheat.
