One of the main limiting factors for seed produces is the seed quality problem. Seed deterioration is the main reason which causes the seed quality decreased. Because the seed deterioration involves breeding seed production control measure and seed process hoarding technique. There is relationship between seed vigour with seed deterioration, and seed vigour decreases with seed deteriorated. The general method of the seed vigour test not only need to carry on a series treatment, and tedious operate, longer duration, but also the seed will be broken. This seed vigour test limit seed fast test of viguor. Therefore, it is important for agricultural production and development to build up a rapid and non-destructive method of seed vigour test.In this study, near infrared spectra were records on soybean seeds using FT (Filter Transform Near Infrared Spectrometer). The different vigour of soybean seeds can be qualitative cluster by models which use the principal components analysis and Mahalanobis’distance to Models established. The thesis discuss differernt principal component factors, preprocessing methods, optimum range of spectrum influence of the model.The suitable temperature of accelerated aging treatment for soybean seeds was 42℃for 48h.To acquire the different extent deteriorated seeds, seeds exposed to AA treatments at different emperatures and times.Times sequence, seeds were separate accelerated aged for Oh 48h 96h at 42℃, Temperature sequence, seeds were separate accelerated aged for 48h at 40℃42℃44℃46℃.The result show that experiment using near infrared spectroscopy and principal component analysis and Mahalanobis distance pattern recognition method, soybean seeds can quickly type the samples were determined. Discriminant analysis identified the different energy levels in the seeds of the best spectral area: 4000cm-1 and 6900cm-1, NORMALIZE is the best pretreatment method, the principal component scores in the four dynamic choice, select 11; three kinds of Select energy level between 6 and 10 principal components; two energy levels, choose from 3 to 7 principal components. First, this study near infrared spectroscopy for the determination of soybean seed vigor; second innovation of the non-destructive measurement of soybean seed vigor, seed vigor proposed a qualitative classification algorithm. This is a new way that near infrared analysis technology for the use of rapid non-destructive determination of seed vigor.
