ZJ-2725 is a highly activity and selective lead compound screened by our studying team and it is used for controlling of broadleavedweeds.Its chemical name is N-(1-(4-chlorophenyl)ethyl)-2-(5,7-dimethyl-[1,2,4] triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-2-ylthio)acetamide.Based on ZJ-2725 as the matrix compound,three types of 15 ZJ-2725 derivatives,of which 14 are new compounds,were synthesized via minimal modification principle and similar synthesis method.Their structures were confirmed by IR,~1HNMR and MS,and their biological acitivity were also studied.It is summarized as follows:1.Refer to the relevant literatures,three types of 15 ZJ-2725 derivati -ves were synthesised,respectively there are[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidine-2-ylthio-type,[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-2- sulfonyl -type and,[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-type.2.The biological activities of the compounds refered above were preliminary studied.
