| Pests and diseases are very important factors that affecting crop production, in this case a lot of pesticides had been widely used in agricultural field, so honeybees are exposed to pesticides during its pollination. Extensive use of insecticides affect the survival of bees. To explore how the insecticide effect on bees, we used proboscis extension response(PER) as the method to test the effect of flupyradifurone on bees’ learning and memory ability, also the bees’ EAG response. The results were as follows:1) After feeding Apis ceranaflupyradifurone sucrose solution, bees’ learning and memory were reduced.2) For larvae feeding different concentrations of flupyradifurone solution until seal-capping, seal-capping andbirth rate of bees will decrease significantly.3) After feeding FD solution to larva, adult bees’ learning ability were significantly decreased compared to the control group. And very low concentration can led to a decline in the ability of learning and memory.4) When refer to the effect of flupyradifurone solution on bee s’ foraging, we found that choose between flupyradifurone solution and pure sucrose solution showed no difference. Only when the concentration is high enough.5) flupyradifurone solution can affect food ingestion and mortality of adult bees. The ingestion and the death rate is affected related to different concentration6) Different concentrations offlupyradifurone solution showed on difference in EAG. |
