Screening Cultivate Formulation Of Pleurotus Ostreatus In Different Raw Material Areas In Gansu Province

Pleurotus ostreatus was one of the biggest cultivation size and highest consumption content in china.As of the biggest cultivation size and the industrial production of Pleurotus ostreatus has extending year after year, the shortage of cottonseed hull has become apparent, so there is a sharp need for the development of new medium formula in Pleurotus ostreatus cultivation. Therefore, we used relatively abundant crop waste as raw material from different ecological zones in Gansu Province to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus. We carried out a study cottonseed hull, corn cob, wheat straw, saw dust on the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus, the main results are as follows:1、Cottonseed hull, corn cob, wheat straw, saw dust can be cultivated Pleurotus ostreatus, there are some differences with the proportion of different formulations on yield and benefits. Mixed cultivation of a variety of materials than a single one performance more yield, faster hyphae speed,shorter growth cycles.2、In cottonseed hull-producing areas, first select the ingredient of cottonseed hull 80% + corn cob 20%(T4) high production efficiency formula with the biological conversion rate of 175.68%, production ratio of 1: 2.7; Second choice the ingredient of cottonseed hull60% + corn cob20%+saw dust+20%(T8) formula with biological conversion rate of 136.88%, production ratio of 1: 2.4.3、In corn cob-producing areas, first select the ingredient of corn cob 60% + cottonseed hull +40%(T20) high production efficiency formula with biological conversion rate of 109.6%, production ratio of 1: 1.8; Second choice the ingredient of corn cob 60% + cottonseed hull 20%+saw dust20%(T33) formula with biological conversion rate of 106.34%, production ratio of 1: 1.8.4、In wheat straw-producing areas, wheat straw added amount should not exceed 60%, should choose wheat straw 40%+ cottonseed hull 40%+ saw dust 20%(T12) formula with biological conversion rate of 125.24 percent, production ratio of 1: 2.1.5、In saw dust-producing areas, the ingredient of saw dust 60% + corn cob 40%(T47) high production efficiency formula with the biological conversion rate of 122.72%, production ratio of 1: 2.1.
