Abstract/Summary:
Brassica napus L. and Vicia satica L. are two major nectar source plants in spring of Yunnan and other provinces. These two nectar source plants are easily damaged by diseases and pests during growth. Agricultural production depends on the pesticide to control diseases and pests currently. It has less research on view of peaticide to physiology and allelopathy of nectar source plants. Seed vigor, seedling growth, autioxidant enzyme activities, and malondialdehyde(MDA) and soluble sugar content of B. napus and V. satica treated by imidacloprid and thiophanate-methyl stress were measured to discuss the effects of imidacloprid and thiophanate-methyl on physiology of the above-mentioned two plants in this research. That must be have theoretical value and pratical significance.Imidacloprid and thiophanate-methyl are commonly used pesticides in agricultural production. They are aphicide, and the latter respectively. This study used indoor culture dish filter paper stress test method, have been measured different density(20mg/L,40mg/L,60mg/L,80mg/L,100mg/L) imidacloprid and(200 mg/L,400mg/L, 600mg/L, 800mg/L,1000mg/L) thiophanate-methyl stress with B. napus L.and V. satica L. the change of seed vigor, seeding autioxidant enzyme activities and MDA content. Simultaneously, measure MDA and the change of soluble sugar content of Vicia sativa L.which are sprayed different concentrations in four days(60 mg/L,80 mg/L,100 mg/L,120 mg/L,140 mg/L) Imidacloprid and(600 mg/L,800 mg/L,1000 mg/L,1200 mg/L,1400 mg/L) Thiophanate-methyl stress with Brassica napus L.and Vicia satica L. lamina autioxidant enzyme systems by using the method of outdoor pot experiment,Result shows,(1)Imidacloprid and thiophanate-methyl have different effect on Brassica napus L. and Vicia sativa L.seed vigor and seedling growth A.Vicia satica L. allelopathy was improve the vigor of seeds low concentration of imidacloprid, seed vigor decreased when the concentration is high. B. Brassica napus L.seed activity was inhibited by imidacloprid.C.The seed vigor of Brassica napus L.and Vicia satica L. is reduced by Thiophanate-methyl, allelopathy showed inhibitory effect.D.The growth of Brassica napus L. allelopathy were inhibited by Imidacloprid and Thiophanate-methyl.E. Imidacloprid has optimistic effect on Vicia satica L. seeding growth of allelopathy performance in low concentration promoted the growth of seeding high concentration inhibited the seeding growth. Thiophanate-methyl on Vicia satica L. allelopathy of seeding growth showd inhibitory effect.(2)The influence of Imidacloprid on the seeding of Brassica napus L. SOD,CAT,POD activity was decreased, the Vicia satica L. showed decreased first and then increased.(3)The influence of Thiophanate-methyl on the seeding of Brassica napus L. SOD,CAT,POD activity is negative the performance for decreased with increase of the concentrantion of pesticide,to Vicia satica L. decreased at first and then increased.(4)MDA content of Brassica napus L.and Vicia satica L. seedings were negatively correlated with the activity of antioxidant enzymes.(5) In Imidacloprid and Thiophanate-methyl effect, Brassica napus L.and Vicia satica L. leaf soluble sugar content in the general trend is decreased with increasing the concentration of pesticide.
