In Boston lakeside zone vegetation communities in different age of tamarisk as the research object, lake shoreline, in approximately perpendicular to the direction of the lake shore to shore the different distance to select four samples, each sample in the height of the tamarisk, crown breadth, diameter at breast height and growing. Within the four sample area, selection of tamarisk vegetation grew well establish 5 mx5 m plant samples, selected in each quadrat tamarisk age is different,in the quadrat area natural layering is divided into 0 to 10 cm, 10-- 30 cm, 30-- 60 cm, 60-80 cm, 80-100 cm, a total of five soil excavating soil profile, and collecting soil samples, measured in the laboratory analysis of characteristics of soil water and salt.Using LI-6400 photosynthetic apparatus within the four sample points on different age tamarisk in typical weather diurnal change of photosynthetic characteristics were analyzed, and then discuss the agency lakeside tamarisk growth environment with vertical changes of soil water and salt, the photosynthetic characteristics of different age tamarisk, and adopt the method of mathematical statistics research environmental factors and soil water and salt of tamarisk photosynthesis differences and influencing factors of the influence of analysis.Basically have the following conclusion:(1) The study area of different ages tamarisk diurnal variation curve of net photosynthetic rate were unimodal curve, while the tamarisk net photosynthetic rate of different ages value size is different, but they were all the time of the maximum and the minimum is about the same, you can see tamarisk photosynthetic ability is strong, after the morning sunrise is on the rise, the afternoon is weaker, showed a trend of gradual decline. Its peak but at noon. Near the lake of tamarisk net photosynthetic rate overall than far from lake tamarisk net photosynthetic rate is low; Growth environment, soil water and salt content high net photosynthetic rate of tamarisk overall lower than soil water and salt content of tamarisk net photosynthetic rate was lower.(2) Tamarisk in different age growth of the diurnal variation of the environment factor is roughly same, but throughout the temperature averages, 7 years > 9 years above tamarisk > 4 year > 2 years; Four kinds of tamarisk air relative humidity is the average of all day, 2 years of tamarisk > 9 years above tamarisk > 4 year tamarisk > 7 years; Atmospheric CO2 concentration for all-day average, 4 years tamarisk > 7 years > 2 years > 9 years of tamarisk; Effective radiation intensity variation trend is unimodal type, for all-day average, nine years of raw tamarisk > 4 year > 2 years tamarisk > 7 years.(3) Of tamarisk sample soil salt of different age analysis showed that the surface layer of soil salinity in numerical value is higher, because of the soil salt content is higher, show the saline-alkali land types, soil salinization in this area, has large influence on the growth of vegetation.Four kind of salt content were increased with the increase of soil depth showed a trend of decline, is affected by the distance from the lake, near the lake of 2 years of tamarisk soil salt content is high, far from lake born nine years of tamarisk soil salt content is relatively low, due to the special soil environment, distance from the shore of lake to a certain degree, the soil salt content increases.Tamarisk growth environment of the moisture content increased with the increase of soil depth is obviously rising trend, influenced by the distance from the lake, near the lake of 2 years of tamarisk soil moisture content is high, far from lake born nine years of tamarisk moisture content is relatively low.(4) Through the cooperation with different ages of tamarisk sun index of mean value and variance analysis, is all age tamarisk average net photosynthetic rate of the day, 9 years of tamarisk> 4 year tamarisk > 7 years> 2 years; 2 years of daylight and effect of the tamarisk and 4 years, 7 years had no significant difference between, with 9 years of birth tamarisk significant difference; 4 years and 7 years of tamarisk daylight and role is born with only 9 years tamarisk difference significantly.(5) Through analysis of soil water and salt content and l had no significant correlation between cooperation with the sun; And differences between soil moisture content on the influence of different age tamarisk photosynthesis difference is bigger than the soil salt content.(6) 2 years of tamarisk with 9 years of atmospheric CO2 concentration difference of tamarisk significantly;4 years tamarisk and 9 years of tamarisk atmospheric CO2 concentration is also very significant difference; 7 years of tamarisk and significant difference was found in 9 years of tamarisk atmospheric CO2 concentration.Four different age of tamarisk growth environment of the difference between effective radiation intensity is not significant, therefore can be concluded that the differences of atmospheric CO2 concentration is a tamarisk daylight cooperation with different age differences in the most important factor.(7) For 2 years of tamarisk, effective radiation intensity is more influence for photosynthesis; For four years living a tamarisk, effective radiation intensity is more influence for photosynthesis; For seven years living a tamarisk, atmospheric CO2 concentration for a greater role in photosynthesis; For nine years of living a tamarisk, atmospheric CO2 concentration for a greater role in photosynthesis.(8) For four different age tamarisk, one of the biggest environmental factors effects on the photosynthesis and net photosynthetic rate, the regression model between the both present a cubic polynomial function fitting is best.Which can be for the characters of ecological recovery and taxonomy vegetation protection to provide the main basis.
