Effects Of Organic And Inorganic Fertilization On Nutritional Characteristics Of Broad Bean And Soil Nutrient Status In Qinwangchuan Irrigation Region

Broad bean is an important economic crop in Gansu Province, it is the main measures to improve the yield of Broad bean by scientific and reasonable fertilization. In this study, a field plot experiment was combined in the laboratory, and Linxia white silkworm as the experimental material, nutrient uptake characteristics, growth status, yield and soil available nutrient content and fertilizer rate of the broad bean under combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizer were studied. The results show that: 1. Effect of Fertilization on nutrient uptake of broad beanThe absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in broad bean was mainly concentrated in the grain filling stage and mature stage. During the mature period, the total absorption of nitrogen was between 91.23 kg/hm2-112.07 kg/hm2, the phosphorus was between 11.97 kg/hm2-17.65 kg/hm2, and the potassium was between 20.48kg/hm2-75.82 kg/hm2, which accounts for the whole growth period 44.92%-55.83%, 37.84%-58.40% and 15.08%-49.28% respectively. The content of nitrogen was the highest in MNP treatment, phosphorus and potassium in M treatment was the highest. The nutrient uptake of each organ was highest in grain, the amount of nitrogen uptake was the highest in MNP treatment, it reached 167.03kg/hm2,the phosphorus and potassium was 27.71kg/hm2 and 78.74 kg/hm2 by the highest in M treatment, combined with CK,they increased by 32.42%, 43.13%, 58.02% respectively. The nutrient absorption and transfer of nutrients to grain of bean grain can be significantly promoted in the treatments of the single application of sheep and the combined application of inorganic nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer. 2. Effects of Fertilization on the growth and yield of broad beanThe AGR of broad bean during each growing period was highest in filling stage, which was between 1.60 cm/D cm/D-2.00. The plant height of the whole growth period was highest in M treatment, which was 98.23 cm. Under different fertilization treatments, the dry biomass accumulation and the grain filling stage of broad bean was increased significantly. To the mature stage, the treatment of M was the highest at 61.91g/ strain, and increased 32.40% compared with CK treatment; The root shoot ratio decreased gradually along with the growth period. The economic output was the highest in MNP teament,waich reached 6557.6 kg/hm2, and it increased by 17.67% compared with CK;The maximum of biological yield was 14255.6 kg/hm2 by the M treated, was increased by 32.08% compared with CK. Under the present condition of soil fertility and yield level of broad bean, sheep manure and fertilizer nitrogen and phosphorus got the best effect of increasing production, but potassium fertilizer temporarily invalid. 3. The effect of Fertilization on soil available nutrientsOn the basis of the first year fertilization, the soil available nutrients of after harvest, compared with before sowing, the fertilization treatments were increased with CK treatment. The performance of nutrient balance is different between different fertilization treatments. Available nitrogen content, all the treatment of organic fertilizer showed a balanced state, inorganic fertilizer treatment were showing a loss of status, the most obvious NPK treatment, loss of 16.21%. Available phosphorus content, SNP, MNP, MN treatment showed a surplus state, the most obvious treatment was SNP, its surplus was 28.79%, Other treatmenst were presented as a balanced state. Available potassium content, each treatment showed a loss of status, the most obvious MNP treatment, loss of 20.71%. 4. The effect of Fertilization on the economic benefit and fertilizer utilization rate of broad beanUnder the Sheep manure applied alone and sheep manure with nitrogen fertilizer, phosphorus fertilizer, the increase of Vicia faba fertilizer use efficiency is the most obvious; Vicia faba nitrogen, potash agronomy utilization under the MNP treatment were highest, respectively reaching 5.47,20.78; phosphorus agronomic utilization under the M treatment were highest, reaching 12.11. Bean output and economic benefits in the fertilization treatments were increased, bean output under each fertilizer treatment compared with CK treatment increased 4.90%-17.67%. On the MNP treatment 22295.8 yuan/hm2 was the highest, economic benefits to M treatment 20519.1 yuan/hm2 was the highest.
