Flaming seedless grape phenological period and growth characteristic were observed in greenhouse and field in Hami area. At the same time,Temperature and light factors in greenhouse and open field were observed and compared. In addition, the fruit and leaf temperature, photosynthetically active radiation and ultraviolet illumination were observed during Flaming seedless grape veraison. The threshold temperature for each growth stage was calculated by using the effective accumulated temperature. The grape stem and leaf growth, net photosynthetic rate, fruit yield and quality were studied including greenhouse and open field. the results show:(1) During the whole growth period of Flaming seedless grape, the average temperature in the solar greenhouse was higher than open field, The diurnal temperature change in greenhouse was slow than the data that measured on field. The total solar radiation, photosynthetically active radiation and ultraviolet radiation intensity in the solar greenhouse were lower than the data that of open field The solar total radiation and photosynthetic active radiation in the greenhouse showed an upward trend.(2) The effective temperature of Flaming seedless grape threshold temperature and the growth and development of crops is calculated by using the effective accumulated temperature, Flaming grape in each growing period of developmental threshold temperature and effective accumulated temperature is determined,hope to provide scientific guidance for the reasonable arrangement of planting patterns.(3) Through the observation on the growth and physiological indexes of Flaming grape,the growth curve of grape leaves Flaming is in the shape of S including greenhouse and open field, Flaming grape leaves and slightly in the new mid fruit inflation basically completed growth in Greenhouse.Veraising in Flaming grape fruit, the new shoot length in the greenhouse was longer than that of open field.leaf dry weight in open field was higher than that of in Greenhouse.The diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate has the same trend in greenhouse and open field.The photosynthetic rate of Flaming grape in greenhouse was lower than that in the open field.(4) Comparated and analysis the yield and quality of Flaming grape fruit, Flaming grape yield per acre greenhouse is higher than that of in the open field, but the quality of grape fruit is on the contrary,Therefore, While improving the economic benefits of Flaming grape planting, while taking into account the Flaming grape yield and quality.
