Because the climate of Gan Nan with special conditions and Human overgrazing,grassland ecosystem in the region become sensitive and fragile. The grass appear large-scale degradation phenomenon. To explore the approach to restore the degraded Alpine Meadow and how to carry out scientific fertilization.In this paper,we take Xia He Sites as the research object,the effects of different fertilization treatments on the grassland is discussed. Get the following conclusions:(1) Applying nitrogen fertilizer can significantly increase the grass biomass and vegetation coverage on the ground, but had no obvious effect on the underground biomass. Compared with chemical fertilizer, organic and inorganic fertilizer applied can make plants absorb more nitrogen into the biomass, to avoid excessive invalid accumulation and to improve the utilization efficiency of nitrogen.(2) Different nitrogen treatment on the relative coverage of grassland functional group have significant difference. Applying nitrogen fertilizer on the overall treatment of cyperaceae, have significantly increased the plants relative coverage, the weeds relative coverage of plants decline trend; Compared with other processing, organic and inorganic fertilizer is the optimal processing to promote cyperaceae and plants relative coverage.(3) Different nitrogen treatment on grass and cyperaceae plants density were significantly increased. Overall, application of organic and inorganic fertilizer is the best treatment to increase the density of high quality forage grass.(4) Nitrogen does not significantly affect species richness, species evenness and diversity are improved significantly. Overall, using organic and inorganic fertilizer is the most obvious effect on vegetation community diversity and evenness, significantly improve the community structure of degraded alpine meadow.(5) Compared with control group, the nitrogen fertilizer can improve grass and cyperaceae plants TN and TP content, ADF、NDF and lignin content was not significantly affected. Overall, organic and inorganic fertilizer applied to the most significant TP content in forage grass to ascend; Application of urea and diammonium phosphate total phosphorus content in the processing of forage grass to promote better.(6) Nitrogen fertilizer have no significant influence on soil TN content; TP in the soil under the organic and inorganic fertilizer treatment, available P and inorganic and nitrogen content increased significantly.
