The small harvester had a high head broken rate as the result of engine excitation,cutting vibration excitation,pavement roughness and other factors. The affect of the road roughness is widespread exist,and lack of research. This article under the study of the small whole rod harvester prototype which developed by our project team in cooperation with enterprise,in order to study the main reason of the Sugar cane harvester cutterhead vibration by the road roughness,this article studied the object by following methods:First,against to the sugarcane which are just finished harvesting,acquisition its excitation signal. Through combination of the hardware acquisition device,LMS data acquision and PCB acceleration sensors to acquire the excitation acceleration aignal of the flat sugarcane and slope sugarcane. The acquisition device use wheelbarrow as drag,adding the load of a solid iron,effectively reduced the influence of envelope characteristic and overcome the tire runout during the rolling process. At last, by spectral analysis of the excitation signal,both of the flat or slope sugarcane had almost the same excitation frequency range.Secondly,through the software of MATLAB to analysis the road roughness acceleration signals. In the combination of EMD decomposition and wavelet threshold to de-noising the signal and combined with the time-domain integral theory to achieve the road irregularity excitation reproducibility. In order to design the test platform in the later project,in the use of Cftool toolbox in MATLAB to fitting the signal in segment,extract the concentrated amplitude and frequency. borrowed the ways of load spectrum process,use rain flow counting method for statistical analysis of the random signal to acquire the cycle extension,finally got the wide cycle random road roughness load spectrum.Then,study the vibration characteristic effects that the Pavement Roughness excitation source to the sugarcane harvester cutter. Combined the Adams / vibration module and simplified sugarcane harvester model,road roughness excitation source power spectral density curve as input and the vertical vibration acceleration amplitude of the cutter as output,finally got the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve of the cutter vibration. the result showed that the largest vibration response happened between 2~3Hz,and through the experiment verify the effectiveness of the vibrating mechanism analysis method.Finally,to do its analysis and optimization of the sugarcane harvester structure.use the FEA software to analysis the parts that easy effect the sugarcane harvester vibration,and verify its modal to prove that the fram its the key factor. Then according to practical experience, to optimize the fram through the way of change its stiffness,and verify its correctness of the results through simulation.
