Grape downy mildew is the most important disease of grape, and chemical control measure is the major control measure. The long-term use of chemical agents is easy to cause the resistance of grape downy mildew fungus to drug resistance. In this study, the mixture of different additives and general fungicide, aimed at reducing fertilizer and pesticide application but increasing theirs efficiency based on China’s strategic needs.【Aim】The optimal complex formulation of additives and fungicide was screened, these study provide theory basis and technological support for controlling grape downy mildew in field.【Methods】In this study, grape downy mildew as the research object, select the control of grape downy mildew commonly used six kinds of agents: dimethomorph, azoxystrobin, cuprous oxide, methane frost ? cymoxanil, mefenoxam · MZ dioxanone ? cymoxanil, four kinds of additives(Glamour female nonionic, Jebsen synergist pure silicone, silicone, agricultural silicone additives), in different proportions can be complex, the complex was determined with agents of downy mildew sporangium germination rate, indoor and field control efficacy, defined the best species for control of grape downy mildew additive agent, the ratio.【Results】1. The inhibition effect of the mixture of different fungicides and additives on the germination of spores was different.
