The content of P was not significantly different between 5 and 25 ℃ ℃. Its highest value at 30 by a content of 1.062 ng/g, meanwhile the content of ℃ E2 was relatively low at 0.626ng/g.Different body weight was set as 10.0 ± 1.5 g, 20.0 ± 1.5 g, 30 ± 1.5 g, the results show that the content of E2 had significant positive correlations with body weight except the 20.0 ± 1.5 g groups through multiple comparisons.
