| Brown rice rate is an component of the processing quality in rice. It is one of the key elements for production efficiency and commodity value; Percentage of exserted stigma is an important agronomic trait, which not only affects the outcrossing rate line for hybrid rice combinations, but also is an important entry point for research in the rice yield. Therefore, to investigate the genetic basis of brown rice rate and stigma exsertion is of great significance for rice research. In order to explore the genetic basis of brown rice rate and stigma exsertion, the main results were showed as follows:1, In this study,we constructed a population of 150 lines(Recombination inbred lines, RIL) derived from a cross between V20 B and CPSLO17, was used to map QTL for brown rice rate. Using a high-density genetic linkage map of SLAF Markers with an average distance of 0.292 cM and higher accuracy, the genetics analysis of QTLs that control the brown rice rate in Sanya and Guiyang was conducted in 2014. A total of two QTLs was detected, qBR1, the QTL detected in Sanya, was located in the Marker600937-Marker685097 interval on chromosome 1 with the genetic distance of 0.471 cM and genotype contribution of 9.7470%, while qBR4, the other QTL detected in Guiyang, was locates in the Marker503771-Marker431234 on chromosome 4 with the genetic distance of 0.469 cM and genotype contribution of 9.7634%. Moreover, these two detected QTLs haven’t repeatedly detected in the two environments, and their effect-increasing loci were both originated from V20 B.2, In this study, we constructed a population of 100 lines(Recombination inbred lines, RIL) derived from a cross between Reyan No.2 and Gui 9B, was used to map QTL for percentage of exserted stigma. we conducted an linkage map with SSR(Simple sequence repeats, SSR) and InDel(Insertion-deletion, InDel), and a total of three QTLs was detected, namely q PSE-4-1ã€qPDE-4-1 and qPES-4-1. All of these QTLs was detected in the RM273-RM177 interval on chromosome 4. These QTLs explained 21.2%, 12.53% and 20.36% of the phenotypic variations for PSES(Percentage of single exserted stigma, PSES), PDES(Percentage of dual exserted stigma, PDES) and PSE(Percentage of total exserted stigma, PES), respectively. Effect-increasing loci were originated from Gui 9B. |
