With negative problem of antibiotics has become increasingly prominent, substitutes for it is imminent. As probiotics Bacillus because of the unique form of adversity into line of sight of people, has become a new hot research alternatives to in feed antibiotics.This study was isolated from the feces of healthy cattle selected cattle source of common intestinal pathogens Bacillus antagonistic, and to study its probiotic properties and safety, security, non-toxic and has obtained two strains of probiotic good performance waxy Bacillus B6, Bacillus subtilis B10, and conducted experiments on mice protection. Specific results are as follows:1.From health cow feces separation to 13 strains of Bacillus, through to Escherichia coli and antagonistic effects of Salmonella enteritidis and Staphylococcus aureus and other screening 4 strains of Antagonistic Bacillus.2.Then inspect the resistance test by antagonistic bacteria probiotic properties 4 and found two(B6, B10) is not only temperature at 100 ℃water bath 10 min there are more than 80% survival rate, but also capable of withstanding high acidic conditions such pH1; in simulated gastric environment also has a high survival rate. After B6, B10 feeding experiment carried out in mice and grew well during the test group of mice were fed for three weeks, no diarrhea, vomiting occurs, and there is a good growth performance on mice, results showed B6, B10 security non-toxic, and growth characteristics are also suitable for mass production3.Screening of the two strains to physiological and biochemical experiments and 16 Sr DNA sequence analysis showed that, B6 as Bacillus cereus, B10 as Bacillus subtilis.4.Protection against two strains of Bacillus effect verification mice in the control group found to be infected, such as weight gain was significantly reduced; post-test all died, thymus index and spleen index significantly lower than the control group. But Bacillus treatment mortality is very low, daily intake test mice, daily gain, thymus index, spleen index was infected control group was significantly increased, reaching or exceeding blank. Show B6, B10 can stimulate the immune organ of mouse development, improve immunity in mice, protect mice against pathogen attack. Prevention and treatment of intestinal diseases in animals, with some research and application. This gives a total of probiotics feed a theoretical basis in the future.
