Willow wilt disease,as a kind of bacterial diseases, which had been plagued by willow growers since it appeared and had constantly brought catastrophe for foreign willow planting industry from the 19th century,at the mean time,it was one of the main diseases that induces willow death.Because there is no good precaution,the disease is continuing spreading and exacerbating.Ordos is located in the central part of Inner Mongolia,where is in the semi arid area of China.The willow is an important virescence forestation specie and afforestation specie in Ordos,which plays an important role in ecological aspect,such as resisting wind and stabilizing sand,preventing soil erosion.Willow disease has break out largely in the whole region and caused severe damage to the local willow industry since 2012,at the same time,it is still a new disease in our country,which research remains in the blank stage.Form the collected elms,microbes were isolated by using the traditional microorganism isolation methods.Three strains of bacteria isolated from the collection of willow branches. After Koch’s postulates verification, we identified the pathogen of willow wilt disease,which was the strain 111.Compared with other papers from the cultural performances,morphological characteristic,physiological and biochemical features and the sequencing and analysis of its 16S rDNA of 111 strains aspects,we initially define 111 is Enterobacter agglomerans.It is the first systematic and comprehensive report for this disease.According to the willow wilt disease’s incidence,local willow plantingand tending methods in Ordos,we designed the grading standards of willow wilt disease,which was scientific and useful.Through the observation of the symptoms and the investment of actual incidence of the willow wilt disease in the region,we could provide a reliable basis for future prevention.The toxin of the pathogenic was screened by using different types of macroporous resins.We elected the best type,and created a precedent for the toxin extracted from the pathogen, which was NKA-9.Through the discussion of geographical factors, climatic factors,biological factors and human factors,we found the potential risk factors of willow wilt disease and estimated R accurately,which is a comprehensive assess and could be used as a useful reference for risk assessment, prevention and management,so we make a suggestion.The government is the result of enforcing the law.
