| The essence of forest management process is to adjust the competition between the trees by regulating the density and spatial distribution of forest so that the growth and development of the stand can be developed in the direction of the intended target. Forest competition inevitably cause forest differentiation. And forest classification according to the degree of differentiation of forest trees is an effective measure for forest cultivation. Therefore, forest competition and classification are the theoretical basis of forest management.The study takes Ouercus mongolica secondary forest in WangQing as research object and puts forward a new index of CCI by building free crown width model. The method of determining the competitive wood for the wood of any object in Ouercus mongolica secondary forest is proposed. Based on CSI, this study explored the characteristics of Ouercus mongolica secondary forest trees competition, and realized the quantitative classification of the forest. It has important significance for the adjustment of competition between the Mongolian oak forests secondary forests, stand structure optimization and the guidance of thinning.108 dominant tree data of Quercus mongolica were used. And by building the Dominant tree relevant equations between diameter and crown of Ouercus mongolica secondary forest, we adopted the average deviation percentage adjustment method to deduce the Ouercus mongolica free tree crown model of WangQing CW=0.1094+0.2998*D.The influence Iij which is used to determine the competitive wood of any object in the forest is presented. The symbiosis mode between the influence circle of object wooden and influence circle of the competition wooden is divided into four types. The FSI is proposed to identify the patterns of the influence circle of the object wood and its competition, and the calculation method of the corresponding crown overlap area is proposed.A new forest competition index-Crown Comparison Index, the ratio of The actual crown of trees and The free tree crown of same diameter was constructed. Based on the Mongolian oak related model of Competition Stress index and Crown Comparison Index, CCI=1.0665-0.0012*CSI, and Arney proposed forest classification method based on Competition Stress index, we presented a new forest classification method based on Crown Comparison Index. For each of the Mongolian oak forest,if the calculated value of CCI in 0.70 above for the dominant tree,[0.53, 0.70) for the sub dominant trees,[0.40,0.53) for the doctrine of the mean wood, in 0.40 following is pressed wood, in 0.40 the following as pressed wood.At the same time, we selected some samples of the oak tree in Mongolia as the object wood, and the results of the 3 methods were compared and analyzed, which are forest classification method of CCI,CSI and U.Comparison. The results showed that: in the forest classification, the CCI method is adopted to replace the CSI method, which avoids the complexity of the CSI calculation of forest trees, and greatly improves the practicability of the Arney based forest classification method based on CSI. |
