In recent years, the main plant diseases of Ningxia wolfberry are constantly changing. Especially in recent years, Chinese wolfberry anthracnose occured in wolfberry cultivation and production in some areas of Ningxia. This made Chinese wolfberry production reduce seriously, at the same time brought serious economic loss to Chinese wolfberry growers. In chemical control, since the long-term use of common antifungal agents makes the pathogenic bacteria develope resistance and prevention effect decreased significantly. While, the common antifungal agents still have some shortcomings. Therefore, the development of new and efficient antifungal complexes has important significance.Due to triazole and its derivatives have good antibacterial activity and pyridyl-triazole is a new type of triazole derivatives ligand. At the same time, pyridyl-triazole has dual advantages of pyridine and triazole. Therefore, in this paper, two new ligands were synthesized, they are 3,4-(2-pyridyl)-5-(3-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole (2,2,3-tpt) and 3,4-(2-pyridyl)-5-(4-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole (2,2,4-tpt). By melting point determination, elemental analysis, IR spectrum analysis and NMR analysis, two ligands have been characterized.Based on the pyridyl-triazole, transition metal ions and aromatic acid have certain antibacterial activity. This paper chooses two kinds of pyridyl-triazole (2,2,3-tpt/2,2,4-tpt) as the main ligand, chooses trimesic acid (H3tm), pyromellitic acid (H4pm) and p-hydroxybenzonic acid (p-HA) as the auxiliary ligand, with transition metal ions (Co/Ni/Zn/Cu) as the tectonic units, nine kinds of bacteriostatic complexes have been prepared through solution method. And these complexes have been characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, molar conductivity determination, elemental analysis, IR spectrum analysis and thermogravimetric analysis.Through the bacteriostatic circle method, bacteriostatic activity of the above nine kinds of complexes, the corresponding ligands and metal salts were tested under different incubation time and concentration. The results showed that the above complexes have relatively strong bacteriostasis effect and higher than the corresponding ligands. With incubation time or the concentration of the complexes is increasing, its bacteriostatic effect significantly enhanced. On this basis, picking out two complexes (4 and 5) as active ingredients.Through the flow point method to select three kinds of wetting dispersants which has low pour point. Designing orthogonal test, original drug mixing with additives in different proportion, and measuring its various technical indicators. Through data analysis to determine a set of appropriate dosage and proportion as a basic formula for bacteriostatic agent. Further through the bacteriostatic circle method to determine the bacteriostatic activity of basic formula. Repeat the experiment three times, determining the bacteriostatic stability. The results showed that its antibacterial activity was significantly higher corresponding complex. And the basic formula has good antibacterial stability.
