Taking wine grape "Cabernet Sauvignon" and "Cabernet Gernischet" as experimental material, the grape clusters were sprayed with 0(control),0.05,0.1,0.5 mg/L EBR and 25,50, 100 mg/L salicylic acid (SA) on 10 days after flowering, this study analyzed the effect of different concentrations of EBR and SA treatment on the synthesis of resveratrol (Res) in grapevine and further explored the changes of resveratrol and related enzymes activity, and investigated the correlation between them. The main results were as follows:1. The content of resveratrol showed two peaks at 35 days and 80 days after anthesis, and the content showed a slow decline after entering the mature stage.2. EBR and SA treatment could increase the content of resveratrol, but it failed to change the trend of resveratrol. The optimal concentration of resveratrol in Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernetgernischet induced by EBR and SA were 0.1 mg/L and 100 mg/L.3. It was confirmed that EBR and SA treatment could promote the activity of PAL, C4H and 4CL, and the activity of these enzymes was accompanied by a certain extent. Correlation analysis showed that resveratrol content was significantly positively correlated with PAL, C4H, and 4CL activity.4. Real time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR of Cabernet Sauvignon grape peel STS, CHS, PAL,4CL gene expression analysis showed that EBR treatment would improved the expression of STS, CHS, PAL,4CL gene, and the 0.05 and 0.1 mg/L EBR treatment were best.5. The correlation analysis showed that CHS Gene and PAL, C4H,4CL activity showed a significant positive correlation on the control, After EBR treatment, STS and PAL,4CL gene were significantly positively correlated.
