The batch culture experiment in vitro was adopted for straw resources in Ningxia,and screened of feeding mode from common straw in Ningxia region.The study was intended to provide a reasonable and efficient utilization of straw resources,as well as the straw feeding technology in Tan sheep diet and effectively reduced the amount of concentrated feed using such as grain in the Tan sheep diet.The intake and availability were improved and achieved the health and efficient farming of Tan sheep. This research is mainly carried out the following aspects:Test 1 The research of the proportion among alfalfa hay and corn silage with untreated corn stover and rice straw4 Tan sheep were choosed that have similar age,health,and fitted with rumen fistula.According to in vitro test methods,the test was studied on the premise of the dietary forage to concentrate ratio 3: 7,when the alfalfa hay,corn silage,with untreated corn stover straw combination ratio is 0:100,20: 80,40:60,60:40,80:20 and 100:0 to determine the change of the pH of the rumen,24h gas production (GP), the concentration of ammonia nitrogen, microbial protein (MCP),volatile fatty acids (VFA) and methane production. According to a number of index of the combined effects (MFAEI),the optimal feed composition was selected.Test 2 The research of the appropriate proportion of alfalfa hay, corn silage with different treated corn stover and rice strawThe straw and corn stover were treated firstly.The chemical methods was choosed composite chemical treatments (2% CaO+ 4% Urea+ 1% NaCl,compaction seal for 30 days.The microbiological methods was used Microbial method (added ammonium sulfate and composite powder to straw, mixed and compacted sealed for 15 days.The cellulase method (0.1% cellulose+1% wheat bran of the total weight of straw,compacted seal for 30 days.On the basis of the test one, a series of combinations of treated straw and corn stalks with alfalfa hay were taken.The test methods and detection index were the same with test one.According to the MFAE1,the optimal feed composition was selected.After the detection of single fermentation indicators, the comprehensive analysis of a number of combinations and the combination of methane gas were used.The results showed that the Optimized combination of forage among combination of untreated straw and treated straw and corn stover forage of each selected combination were NH80, NH60,TH60,TH40,TC60 and CC40.
