This study aimed to explore lactating cows jugular vein infusion 18 CUFA to the effect of lactating cows immune function, This study provide a theoretical basis to improve the technology of dietary Cow disease, The paper is divided into three test.1 The study explored to whether use mammary vein and tail artery instead of Jugular vein to determination lactating cows blood indicators. In the experimental we selected eight lactating cows feeding 14d under test diets, The lastest day collection jugular vein, mammary vein and caudal artery blood measure blood indicators. According to the text results:at three different sites of blood and blood indicators change in the normal range. Jugular vein mononuclear cells was significantly higher than mammary vein and tail artery (P=0.0443), at three different sites of blood other indicators no significant difference (P>0.05).The result suggest that measuring blood indicators should collection Jugular vein blood.2 The study explored to via the jugular vein infusion 18 carton UFA. In the experimental mixed fatty acid perfusion influence on lactating dairy cows, we selected eight lactating cows installed Jugular vein blood cannula, the experimental design use 4×4 Latin square, Four team respectively Oleic acid 30.45 g/Land linoleic acid30.08 g/L (OS); Oleic acid 30.75 g/Land linseed oil 21.09 g/L (OF); linoleic acid 30.59 g/Land linseed oil 20.86 g/L (SF); Oleic acid29.15 g/L, linoleic acid 29.8 g/Land linseed oil 19.98 g/L (OSF);2 L/d-cow.14d Pre-feeding period and 4 trial period, each trial period is 12 days; the first 5 days for perfusion, the last 7 days for the evacuation period. In pre-feeding period and the last day of each perfusion before morning feeding extract jugular vein blood measuring serum COR and C-RP. According to the text results:Perfusion different 18 carton UFA mixture emulsifier had no significant difference lactating cows COR and C-RP. The result suggest that Jugular vein perfusion 18-carbon long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids mixture to lactating cows do not stress.3 Based on the previous two test results, By lactating cows jugular vein recall perfusion of oleic acid, linoleic acid and linseed oil, the test explored to 18 carton UFA influence on lactating cows immune system. Trial design and treatment with test 2, In the last day of each perfusion before morning feeding extract jugular vein blood determination immune indicators. According to the text results:perfusion different 18-carbon unsaturated fatty acid mixture emulsifier, to lactating cows serum IgA, IgM, IgG, IL-4 and IL-6, IFN-γ had no significant difference. Recall of oleic acid team serum WBC and GRAN number significantly decreased; significantly increased concentration of IL-2,Recall of linoleic acid team significantly decreased concentration of IL-6、IL-10 and TNF-a, Recall of linseed oil team significantly increased concentration of IL-2; significantly decreased concentration of IL-6. The result suggest that oleic acid, linoleic acid and linseed oil regulate effectiveness of lactating cows immunity system.
