In recent years, wind and sand, solid soil slope, soil and water conservation, combating soil erosion, plant soil reinforcement measures have become an important means. Plant roots for-soil composite, soil vibration problem exists indoors shear test; shear test site when the presence of the test cycle is too long, plant growth is not enough real test operation is more complex, uneven pull rate and other issues. In order to live in the wild in situ tests, the test results closer to the actual situation, the subject of its study. The main contents are as follows:1. Based on the principle of in situ shear, the test program has been improved, the use of a plant root-soil composite situ shear test approach and design a plant root-soil composite situ shear test apparatus (referred to as the shearing device), the use of electric drive rod special fixtures to cut through the data acquisition system measured shear stress and shear displacement;2. Based on SolidWorks software to complete the design of the shearing device, with Ansys Workbench software proteus and shear force analysis and circuit simulation apparatus, to create a shearing device. Shearing device mainly consists of frame, fixed fixtures, sliding mechanism, pulling bodies and data acquisition systems and other components;3. Shear means no load pull test and field test. Test results show that:the shearing device can complete root-soil composite shear, reading data collection, recording and other procedures, to obtain the force-displacement curve and meet the demand; the same time, the plant roots-further improve soil composite situ shear test apparatus proposed.
