This experiment in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Horinger County, Hohhot City of grassland. There was set up three different disturbance intensity processing, namely the original growth grassland(LD), serious damage to the natural grassland restoration (MD) and continued to interfere with the grassland (HD), each of the three repeats. The experiment included 2 parts:random sampling in the field and indoor seed germination. Field survey was stared from July 18 to 25 in 2015. Soil samples were collected in November 2014 and April 2015 and June 2015 respectively, and the 2 seed germination experiments were carried out in October and May 2015, December and July 2015 respectively.Germination experiment of determination of type and quantity of seed bank, the relationship between the seed bank and the interference intensity is discussed. The results showed that with the increase of the intensity of the interference, the total amount of seed bank decreased, but the content of seed bank in each area was not large. Soil seed bank and vegetation of similarity with the increase in the degree of interference and increase, and a biennial herbaceous proportion increased significantly, community stability decreased. The seed bank density was 69%-91%in the soil layer of 0~10cm, and the difference was most obvious (P<0.05), while the 10~20cm and 20~30cm seed bank density was small, and there was no significant difference (P> 0.05).With the increase of soil depth, the content of seed bank decreased significantly, but the seed bank density of HD was 20-30cm larger than 10 to 20cm.The effect of interference on the seed bank occurred in the soil surface, but with the increasing of the disturbance, the influence extended to the deep soil. The ground vegetation types changed obviously with interference degree increase. The interference degree increased, vegetation species decreased significantly, and increase the proportion of annual and biennial, in tribulus and Chenopodium glaucum.
