| The study conducts optimal screening on seedling growth of Glycyrrhiza uralensis, and different combinations of seeding rates and row spacing of Glycyrrhiza Urinalysis’ direct seeding, and carries on research over the impact of different fertilization levels on the root length, root width and root weight of Glycyrrhiza Uralensis. The study conclusion are as follows:(1) The seed shape of Glycyrrhiza uralensis differs much from those of other three glycyrrhiza. The color of Glycyrrhiza Uralensis seed is taupe or breen, its seed coat slightly glossy, its seed shape of round kidney form and seed length and width about between 2.7-3.5 mm and 2.3-2.9 mm respectively. Mechanical-grinding and concentrated sulfuric acid soaking can be applied to deal with the hardness of Glycyrrhiza Uralensis. The former is applicable in circumstance of a large number of seeds while the latter is appropriate for the processing of small numbers of seeds.(2) In Chifeng, Inner Mongolia region, the best seeding time of Glycyrrhiza uralensis is between late April and mid May, not later than May,15th. Seeding rate of seedling growth of Glycyrrhiza uralensis is 4~6 kg/mu, and its row spacing is between 20~25 cm. The base fertilizer and nitrogenous fertilizer(area:containing N 46%) before sowing is 20 kg/mu, phosphate fertilizer (superphosphate:containing P2O516%) is 15 kg/mu, and potash fertilizer(potassium sulfate:containing K2O50%) is 6 kg/mu.(3) The best time for the direct seeding of Glycyrrhiza Uralensis in spring is between late April and mid May, and July in summer. Appropriate seeding rate of Glycyrrhiza uralensis is between 1-2.0 kg/mu, and row spacing is between 40-45 cm.(4) The present mature technologies and part of experimental study are based on the previous research results. The paper formulates normalized seedling growth of Glycyrrhiza uralensis and optimization of related key direct seeding technologies and SOP Formulation, including the operation specifications of seeding scope, regulated seed shape appraisal, previous processing before the seeding, selection and preparation of the land, seedling growth, direct seeding and filed management etc. |
