Notoginseng Panax is a valuable Chinese herbal medicine in China, planting area has reached 600 thousand acres, the existing methods of sowing mainly by hand based, labor intensity. Sowing quality is not consistent.There is no complete set of precision seeding machine. In this paper, the design and experimental research of Panax notoginseng precision seeding machine is carried out.(1) Determine the Panax notoginseng precision seeder machine design principles, combined with the requirements of Panax notoginseng planting agriculture, formulates the dynamic type of Panax notoginseng precision seeding machine design scheme, mainly on the design of the whole structure, metering system design, design of opener, pre copying structure design and the transmission principle and Route part of a systematic generalization. Finally, on Panax notoginseng precision seeding machine working principle of do in detail.(2) On the JPS-12 computer vision seeding test bench, the performance of the seed metering device is studied. The results showed that:the machine designed to meet the standard operation requirements.In short, this paper studies the driving force of Panax notoginseng seeding machine, in the design of the system, the whole design and other aspects of innovative design, so that the machine has a huge industrial prospects. The equipment will be put into use will greatly reduce the labor intensity of farmers, to fill the gaps in China’s Panax notoginseng precision seeding machinery.
