Growth Regularities And Economic Benefit Analysis Of 9-Year-Old Eucalyptus Plantation

Eucalyptus plantation planted and short cycle rotation has always been controversial, eucalyptus large diameter material management become the main development direction of eucalyptus plantation in the future. In this paper, the 9-year-old eucalyptus plantation in tiandeng counties, hechi city, guangxi province was studied. Using the methods adopt parsing and trunk growth model to study there gularities ofeucalyptus plantation, and the net present value method and internal rate of return method is adopted to investment the economic benefits of eucalyptus plantation, respectively. The results as follow:(1) The DBH, tree height and volume of 9-year-old eucalyptus plantation were 17.90cm,28.00m,0.3754m3·stain-1, respectively. There was 5.68cm·a-1,6.10ma·a-1m,0.0563m3·a-1·strain-1 for The current annual increment of DBH, tree height and volume, and 1.99cm·a-1,3.11m·a-1,0.0419m3·a-1·strain-1 of average annual increment, respectively.(2) The DBH, tree height and volume of eucalyptus plantation on Weibull model, Weibull model, Schumachermodel of optimal fitting effect. After checking, The DBH, tree height and volume of the average error between the model predicted and the measured values of 0.59%,0.20% and 3.2%, the average error less than 5%, the prediction accuracy is higher, and can be used to guide the actual production practice.(3) There was 9 years until the eucalyptus plantation reach its quantity mature,6 years to the economic mature with a 12% discount rate calculation, and the discount rate 4% lower per career-oriented economic mature age 1 year.(4) Investment project financial condition of eucalyptus plantation is good, the project has the very big profit space. Project financial net present value of 3060.28 yuan-mu-1, financial internal rate of return as high as 30.20%, financial net present value greater than 0, the financial internal rate of return is greater than the industry benchmark yields 12%. Investment projects of good returns for our country south of eucalyptus cultivation idea of transformation has a large role.(5) project investment uncertainty analysis, the impact factors in a direction conducive to project earnings volatility when the same proportion to the project income influence the size of the sort of timber price, the quantity of material, the production cost, it provides reference for project investment risk management.
