The Existing Cricumstances Research On Canine Distemper In Yanbian And Genotyping Identification

Canine distemper was a serious infectious disease that was caused by a virus and different species were spread,then carnivora and dozens of animals’lives were threatened.Immunosuppr-essive,bacterial infections and viral infections appeared simultaneously.Unfortunately it became one of major diseases that domestic pets,wild animals and economic animals were harmed.Canine distemper’s situation was further understood intently,519 parts of patient medical records in Yanbian animal hospital were collected between September 2014 and February 2016,diagnosis by colloidal gold,and 243 parts were positive samples,the average morbidity rate was 46.82%.It showed that morbidity time,age and immunity were major factors that influenced morbidity rate but variety and gender were not influenced morbidity rate.Basic data was provided and prevention and control measures of canine distemper in Yanbin needed to be improved,and integrated control measures and observations were proposed.Gene mutation of canine distemper virus H gene was exploited genotyping of canine distemper virus by hemi-nested multiplex PCR,21 parts of epidemic materials were collected generally,and the results were Asia-I entirely,it showed that the major pandemic strains in Yanbian was Asia-I.Genotyping of canine distemper virus by PCR,the result could be obtained in one day and it had timeliness highly,source of infection was determined fleetly,and the vaccine strain and wild strain could be distinguished,and reliable method was provided in epidemiological investigation of canine distemper and molecular biology.
