Forest plays an irreplaceable role in the ecological system, and the analysis of forest landscape pattern and environmental response has become a hot topic in the field of forest ecology. From the relationship between forest landscape pattern and environmental factors and scale effect to study the improvement of forest ecological system, its purpose lies in to landscape ecological control towards a healthy direction by of forest landscape internal corridor structure research, environmental factor changes along the study revealed forest landscape pattern evolution in in succession and its integrity and complexity, landscape scale optimization of forest stand structure and spatial configuration provides a certain reference value and practical basis. The forest landscape regulation and management, ecological environment protection, sustainable development and ecological environment protection of Hainan Province in the Chang Jiang River Basin provide reference value.Changhua river is the second largest river in Hainan Province, through 7 counties in Western Hainan Province, the research scope of this paper is Hainan province Changhua River Basin flows through seven counties in the forest landscape, forest management in landscape pattern as the main theory, the application method of the forestry information project to the actual operation, the use of 3S technology and the survey data, two types of forest resources in Hainan province of Hainan province 1:10000 topographic map, sample survey data based on scale effect from the relation types, forest landscape pattern and environment factors, both in the sampling scale under different as the starting point, to study the relationship between forest landscape pattern and environment of the Changhua river basin within its scale the effect of using quantitative methodology.On the basis of the promulgated by the State Forestry Bureau of the planning and design of forest resources survey main technical stipulation and Hainan province forestry hall of the forest resource investigation and design technical requirements ", combined with the origin, type, dominant tree species and species composition of forest landscape pattern in the study area are classified. This study of the Changhua River Basin forest landscape types are divided into 4 grades,22 specific categories. Study on plaque type level and landscape level research on selecting 11 landscape pattern indices of forest landscape patches in the study area type level and landscape level of the whole.According to the forest resource second class survey technical specification of Hainan Province and the State Forestry Administration promulgated the "planning and design of forest resources survey of technical regulations" site classification standard classification of environmental factor, select samples to study in seven environmental factors. Based on the two kinds of forest resources survey data extraction and data on environmental factors for overlay analysis, relation between forest landscape types in the study area and environmental factors.In this study,8 sampling scales in the study area are analyzed. With the help of Arcgis10.2 software platform, adopt the method of uniform grid point sampling, establish the database environment factor sample landscape types and sample database. Using the CANOCO for windows4.5 software on forest landscape pattern of the study area and environmental factor data for CCA analysis. According to the different scale landscape heterogeneity and canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) table and ordination graph, the comprehensive analysis and comparison of different sampling scales of forest landscape spatial distribution, found in the sampling scale S3 (720mx720m) Changhua river landscape types distribution of specific minimum, through the analysis to determine the scale for the study area is the most suitable sampling scales.
