In recent years, the rapid development of our country’s agriculture, efficient recycling re-use of agricultural waste has become an urgent ecological problem. Edible is an effective way to consumptive organic waste resources.Development the technology of agricultural waste cultivation mushroom, it has not only conduce to improve the overall efficiency of ecological farming, but it also provide important scientific basis for achieving sustainable agricultural development and environmental protection. This study has conducted greenhouse experiments base on the fermentation mattress material cultivation leurotus ostreatus and different substrates cultivation straw mushroom. It has researched different culture substrates influence on leurotus ostreatus (straw mushroom) with growth characteristics、yield and biological conversion rate、nutrient absorption、quality and heavy metal content. The results showed that:1. Adding fermentation mattress material can increas the growth rate of leurotus ostreatus mycelium, and the growth rate of leurotus ostreatus mycelium along with the increase in fermentation mattress material ascended first and than declined. In the same volume of cultivation substrate, the leurotus ostreatus production along with the increase of fermentation mattress material ascended first and than declined, and with the tide gradually decline. In the same mass of cultivation substrate, along with the increase of fermentation mattress material gradually decrease. The different culture substrates have some effects on straw mushroom production, and the up greenhouse is more suitable cultivation straw mushroom than the low greenhouse.2. Adding fermentation mattress material can reduce the bioconversion efficiency of leurotus ostreatus, but the protein content of leurotus ostreatus along with the increase of fermentation mattress material gradually increase. Cow dung mixed with pleurotus eryngii residue and straw mixed with water hyacinth cultivation have improved the bioconversion efficiency and the protein content of straw mushroom.3. Along with the increase of fermentation mattress material, the nitrogen ratio of leurotus ostreatus along with the tide gradually increase, the phosphorus ratio and potassium ratio of leurotus ostreatus declined first and than ascended. The different treatments have no effects on the nitrogen ratio, phosphorus ratio and potassium ratio of straw mushroom.4. Different amount of fermentation mattress material has no effects on the chromium content, cadmium content and plumbum content of leurotus ostreatus. The different treatments have no effects on the chromium content and cadmium content of straw mushroom, and the plumbum content of straw mushroom cultivation in cow dung mixed with pleurotus eryngii is lower, and it is more suitable for straw mushroom cultivation.
