| Egg weight, egg quality and number of eggs produced were main economic characters of ducks, they’re influenced by many factors. This study took Leizhou black duck as test material, and series of black duck’s performance were tested,such as egg Production curve fitting,different time periods of body weight with relationship of parts for egg production,ratio of material and egg, fertilization rate, fertile egg hatchability, cloning and analysis of FSH- beta gene and TSH- beta Gene in Leizhou peninsula in its egg producing peak period,et al. To provide reference for subsequent breeding to improve the characteristics of Leizhou black duck egg production and culture promotion. The results show that:(1) Peninsula compartment model of FIT of Black duck weeks laying rate in Leizhou is 0.9460. Wood model fitting is 0.9383. Wood modification of the model fitting was0.9378. Yang Ning model goodness-of-fit was 0.9503 and it was the best one. The representation of Yang Ning model was y(t)=0.86520*e0.00152t/(1+e-0.60680*(t-5.19900)), 18 weeks to 26 weeks of age rapid increase period for the Leizhou black duck egg production rate. 27 weeks to 41 weeks of age for the Leizhou black duck were egg production peak. Leizhou black duck opening day had a significantly negative correlation with the pelvis width of the body weight at 5 weeks, 8 weeks of age(P﹤0.05), and we can use the body weight at 5 weeks,pelvis width of 8 weeks to change opening day of Leizhou black duck. The weight and 8- week- old coots open chest depth of Leizhou black duck had a significant positive correlation(P﹤0.01), and open weight with a 8- week- old shanklength has a significantly positive correlation(P﹤0.05). Through selecting 8- week- old chest deep and 8- week- old tibia length to change open- weight of Leizhou black duck.The number of 300 day- old black of Leizhou black duck egg production and open age had a significantly negative correlation(P﹤0.05). So we can delay age of Leizhou black duck drive to increase number of 300 day- old black duck eggs in Leizhou peninsula within limits. Canonical Correlation Analysis Between characters suggested, we should take into account more factors for increasing of breeding egg performance of Leizhou black duck.(3) Ratio of material and egg of Leizhou black duck in captivity was 2.24 in peak period of egg production, while 2.13 in cage cultured, Individual average daily feed intake in captivity duck was more than the ducks in cage. Individual average egg weight was lighter than the ducks in cage. Captive group of Leizhou black duck’s fertility rate was93.85 plus or minus 3.59, Group of Leizhou fertilization rate was 84.96 black ducks in cage 7.68, Fertilization rate of ducks in cage was significantly higher than captivity group( P<0.01). Strong typhoon weather conditions, Leizhou black ducks in cage mortality rate was 4.33 %, while was 1 % in captivity Leizhou black duck. After the typhoon weather,group of ducks in cage egg production rate slightly slower than the speed of recovery groups in captivity, and group of ducks in cage egg production rate slightly slower than the speed of recovery groups in captivity.
