In order to study the influence of the Hulun Buir region of hot summer and cold winter of Sanhe cattle cow behavior and comfort, the experiment was carried out.Choose a trial period in summer in August and winter in December.Choose healthy Sanhe cattle.Through eyes observation the cows protective behavior,maintenance behavior and Stay in bed condition.And record the environment temperature and humidity.The experimental results show that:Test period, summer and winter extremely significant difference in the barn temperature and humidity(P<0.01).Summer inner temperature is higher, with an average of 21.78℃, the winter inner humidity is bigger, to an average of 76.85%.Inner temperature decrease, the change tendency is the humidity rises, temperature and humidity changes affect activity, lower the cow comfort.Natural conditions hit cows diptera insect an average of 113.When the cows were struck by diptera insects,through tail swishing,skin shivering,ear beating,head shaking,leg raising,licking,rubbing seven kinds of behavior to get rid of.The most frequently used to protect the body behavior is tail swishing.Holstein cows accounted for 58% of total protector behavior, Sanhe cattle accounted for 60%.The 7 kinds of protective behavior happened frequency in this is tail swishing>skin shivering>ear beating>head shaking>leg raising>licking>rubbing.Holstein cows of seven kinds of behavior occurrence frequency was significantly higher than that of Sanhe cattle, Holstein cows are sensitive to Sanhe cattle.Under the influence of seasonal factors, compare with summer and winter,expect cattle lie rate is lower than the winter time, other behaviors were higher than in winter.The feeding time, time of drinking water and drinking water, stool frequency and breathing rate were significantly higher than in winter(P<0.05).Feeding frequency, number and time of ruminant standing/walking time higher than that of the winter, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Sanhe cattle cow comfort index measurement, the summer bed rate is significantly higher than in winter (P<0.05), standing index was significantly lower than in winter (P<0.05),Lie down time below the winter, the difference was not significant (P>0.05) Sanhe SUI,SSI,Lie down time are below the ideal level in summer and winter,bed comfort is poor, cow comfort level is low.
