Enteroccus is normal bacterium of human and animal. This bacterium was thought that not pathogenic in the past years, but the virulence of enterococcus was comfirmed in recent research, it was ranked as a third pathogeny bacterium in hospital. From July 2013 to November 2014, there was a new infection dominated by neurological symptoms from the sheep at some sheep-yards in central Inner Mongolia, through more research, the isolate bacterium is Enterococcus. As separate Enterococcus feacium have a higher rate,so the test established a duplex PCR assay for simultaneous and quick detection of sheep-originated clinical isolates of enterococcus and enterococcus faecium.In order to know the central Inner Mongolia sheep-originated enterococcus feature of antibiotic resistance and resistance gene. The test was used clinical isolates combined with common antibiotic for sheep in central of Inner Mongolia. Detective antibiotic resistance Ampicillin, Erythromycin, Enrofloxacin, Florfenicol, Oxytetracycline, Vancomycin, Rifampicin, Streptomycin and Gentamicin ten drugs. The test use broth microdilution method, detected Minimal Inhibitory Concentration(MIC) and detected the resistance geneClinical isolates had antibiotic resistance for Ampicillin, Oxytetracycline,Rifampicin.The PCR detection showed that clinical isolates hadresistance gene for aminoglycosides, erythromycinand acheomycin.Some researches show virulence gene and resistance gene have relevance of Enterococcus faecium, so this test was detected virulence gene of clinical isolates, and prokaryotic expression of EfaA gene. The resultshow the cylA, GelE, EfaA, AS, Esp virulence gene and the EfaA gene prokaryotic expression through Western-blot text.
