This thesis to Inner Mongolia Academy of forestry science arboretum introduction cultivation 30-40 years Picea species as the research object, on different Picea species phenology characteristics and growth status investigation, At the same time also to anatomical analysis of leaf drought resistance, and the pollen activity of different Picea species were measured, through the comparative analysis of different species, comprehensive evaluation of its introduction adaptability, which provides a reference for the further promotion and utilization of the Picea species.Research results show that:(1) The phenology of Picea species had a significant negative correlation with the temperature, and the correlation was not significant with the light and rainfall. It showed that the phenology of the genus was mainly affected by the temperature, and the influence of light and rainfall was relatively small.(2) Picea leaf drought adaptive strength sequence is:P. retroflexa> P. glauca≥P. obovata> P. pungens> P. wilsonii> P. abies> P. koraiensis> P. asperata> P. likiangensis var. rubescens> P. purpurea> P. crassifolia> P. meyeri> P. schrenkiana. Illustrates leaf drought resistant adaptability of P. retroflexa and P. glauca and so on were relatively strong, P. meyeri and P. schrenkiana such as leaf drought resistant adaptability were relatively weak.(3) The Picea species growth situation of investigation and study, which P. abies, P. purpurea, P. likiangensis var. rubescens and P. koraiensis growth situation were best, P. meyeri, P. crassifolia, P. schrenkiana, P. pungens, P. wilsonii, P. asperata and P. obovata growth conditions were relatively good, P. retroflexa and P. glauca growth situation were relatively poor.13 species of Picea were no plant diseases and insect pest infection.(4) Through to 6 kinds of Picea species pollen activity were assay, its pollen activity as follows:P. meyeri> P. purpurea≥P. crassifolia> P. abies> P. retroflexa> P. asperata. And 6 kinds of Picea pollen viability lasted for 50-60d, the P. meyeri pollen viability maintained a relatively long time, holding time of P. asperata pollen viability were relatively short.(5) Picea species in Hohhot ecological environment adaptability were better, which were P. abies and P. purpurea adaptability best, level was grade Ⅰ, followed by P. meyeri, P. koraiensis, P. asperata, P. likiangensis var. rubescens, P. crassifolia, P. pungens and P. retroflexa adaptability were good, rating was class Ⅱ, P. wilsonii, P. schrenkiana, P. obovata, P. glauca adaptability were generally, rating was grade Ⅲ.
