In this paper, there were many outstanding problems of water resources, climate cold, drought, low yield of grain instability and poor drought disaster reduction ability in the northern foot of Yin Shan Mountain in Inner Mongolia. With the methods of simulated rainfall in combination for field plot test, used research materials for the sunflower which were planting area gradually expand. This test researched of the warming effect, breath photo synthetic performance and yield formation in 2 years in different ridge culture plastic mulching in the northern foot of Yin Shan Mountain in Inner Mongolia in Wu Chuan city, Which conclusioned and analysised for the whole effect of double ditch, traditional half coated and traditional culture, the mechanism of action of kept moisture, contributed of warming precipitation, ventilation pervious to light, and increased production and so on. Preliminary results were as follows:1. Soil layer under different simulated rainfall process of soil moisture content over time tending to reduce in 0 to 10 cm, and QLM treatment of soil moisture content was greater than the other two treatments, the moisture content lower speed was less than the other two treatments processing and rainfall days different soil moisture content from changing trend of QLM treatment>BLM treatment>CKM treatment, thought in shallow soil effect of double ditch planting could effectively slow evaporation, played a good role in water, In the simulated rainfall, The 0 to 50cm soil moisture content of double ridge culture plastic mulching was 13.7%, traditional half coated was 11.6%. The traditional culture was 9.3%, double ridge culture plastic mulching increased 4.4% and the Control treatments, reservoir capacity increased 39%, The added value of entropy storage increased 42% and runoff efficiency increased 75%, Reservoir capacity and entropy value added storage under different rainfall and runoff efficiency were characterized by QLD treatment >BLD treatment>CKD treatment, In the field test, The soil moisture content of double ridge culture plastic mulching increased 46% to the control treatments, Reservoir capacity increased 51%, In the light rain, moderate rain and heavy rain, The effect of runoff increased 1.6 to 2.3 times,0.6 to 0.8 times and 0.1 to 0.3 times and the conclusion was highly positive correlation with simulated rainfall.2.The average soil temperature of double ridge culture plastic mulching in 5,15, 25cm among row and 5,15cm among plant increased 1.32℃ to 3.79℃ and 1.07℃to 3.48℃ to the control treatments in each top layer of 0 to 50cm, The accumulated temperature of 5,15,25 cm is 2178.86℃. The traditional culture is 2004.07℃, increased 174.79 ℃ to the control treatments of the whole growth period.3.The plant growth index of double ridge culture plastic mulching to the control treatments in each growth period, the rate of keeping a full stand of seedlings was nearly to 97% and from the culture was not coated protection seeding rate increased by 12%, and because the full cover could effectively inhibit the growth of weeds. The tast emergenced of 2 to 4 days in advance, flowering time was 2 to 3 days in advance to the control treatments and flowering time for 3 days.4.The net photosynthetic rate of double ridge culture plastic mulching, traditional half coated and the control treatments was 28.50,22.82 and 21.16 umolCO2m-2s-1, double ridge culture plastic mulching was the beast increased 26.24% to the control treatments in each growth period. Soil respiration rate of double ridge culture plastic mulching, traditional half coated and the control treatments was 7.65,7.07,2.28 μmolCO2m-2s-1, double ridge culture plastic mulching was 3.35 times to the control treatments.5.The average plant height of double ridge culture plastic mulching increased 27.87% to the control treatments, The average leaf area was 30.73% and the average weight of dry matter was 126.67%, The harvest stem diameter, faceplate diameter, kerneled per 20 average yield in two lines, the center of the community of double ridge culture plastic malching was the beast, The empty abortive rate of double ridge culture plastic mulching was 11.07% witch traditional ridge culture half plastic mulching and traditional farming were 21.60% and 33.82%, whole effect of double ditch planting method could effectively reduced the crop’s abortive rate, further increased crop yields, The effect of double ditch planting form an annual water use efficiency was 1.10kg/(666.7m2.mm), 0.25kg/(666.7m2.mm) more-than controlled taxts.
