The paper takes the annual Phoebe microphylla seedling as trial materials, using "3414" design of experiment to fertilize the soil which has advantages of less processing and high efficiency. The experiment mainly studies the influence on Phoebe microphylla seedling’s growth characteristic, physiological characteristic, photosynthetic characteristics and law of nutrient absorption under different proportion of fertilizer application, and reveals the laws of growth and development, nutrient absorption. Finally, the paper systematically studies the different proportion of fertilizer on Phoebe microphylla seedling, and screens the proportion of fertilizer which can effectively promote the seedling growth, as well as builds quality and efficient fertilization model, and provides a scientific basis for reasonable fertilization for precious tree of Phoebe microphylla. The main results are as follows:1. The different proportion of fertilizer has influences on the growth of Phoebe microphylla seedling. Within a certain range, with the increase of fertilizer amount, seedling height increment, ground diameter increment, biomass dry weight, the primary lateral root number are greater than control group of no fertilizer, while fertilize excessive or deficient, seedling growth and development will be inhibited. Reasonable nitrogen and potash fertilizer has a bigger influence on seeding height and height to diameter ratio, biomass. Reasonable nitrogen and phosphorus fertilizer has bigger influence on seedings ground diameter, stem root ratio, the primary lateral root number.2. The different proportion of fertilizer has influences on the physiological of Phoebe mierophylla seedling. As Phoebe microphylla seedling constantly growing, leaf chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content under different proportion of fertilizer are raised. In different months, leaf chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content under fertilization treatment are increased significantly than no fertilizer group, and all reaches A value in 2 level, thus, scientific fertilization N2P2K2 can significantly increase the soluble protein content in Phoebe microphylla leaves.3. The different proportion of fertilizer has influences on the photosynthetic of Phoebe microphylla seedling. Photosynthetic indexes under different fertilization treatments is larger than no fertilizer group, potash fertilizer has a bigger influence to Phoebe microphylla seedlings on net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, cond, and the best fertilizer formula is N2P2K2.4. The different proportion of fertilizer has influences on the nutrient elements of Phoebe microphylla seedling. Leaf nitrogen content, phosphorus content, potassium content and organic matter content under different fertilizer treatments are bigger than no fertilizer in the control group. Leaf nitrogen content which is in 26-39g/kg has the greatest influence on growth, and leaf phosphorus content (2-3g/kg) has the most significant effect on improving growth, meanwhile leaf potassium content has the greatest influence on growth. With lower nitrogen fertilizer, phosphorus fertilizer, potash fertilizer processing, its leaf nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium content is lower, the nitrogen fertilizer has a greater influence on the organic matter content, and the best fertilizer formula is N2P3K2.5. Analyzing Phoebe microphylla seedlings correlation between comprehensive index under the different fertilizer proportion showed that the seedling height, ground diameter, height to diameter ratio, biomass, primary lateral root number and chlorophyll, soluble protein, net photosynthetic and total nitrogen are significantly or extremely significantly positive correlation. In general, growth index has high correlation with growth index, growth index has high correlation with physiological index, and growth index has high correlation with nutrient element index, growth index has smaller correlation with photosynthetic indicators, but physiological index has high correlation with photosynthetic indicators.Seedling quality index analysis showed that QI value is max under N2P2K2 levels, and in this treatment seeding quality is best. Reasonable Nitrogen, phosphorus and potash fertilizer rate is respectively 360 mg/seedlings,60 mg/seedlings,120mg/seedlings.
