This study was based on the research of GWAS which was concerning productive life and the linear type traits and the SNP of IBSP (rs110298719), METTL13 (rs41257804), rs109305259 were selected to confirm the correctness of GWAS by expanding sample size. In addition, a new candidate gene-FoxO1 was selected to analyze its relationship with the productive life and linear type traits of cattle. In addition, the relationship between the linear type traits and productive life was analyzed. The results were as follows:1. C/T mutation has been found at 1292bp in exon 4 of FoxO1 gene. There were 3 genotypes which were CC, CT, TT with BseG I enzyme digestion. The frequency of CC, CT, TT was 0.0065,0.9081,0.0854 respectively. The allele frequency of C was 0.95 and the frequency of allele T was 0.05. The Ho was 0.9065, the He was 0.0935, the Ne was 1.1032 and the PIC was 0.0892 which presents low polymorphisms. The data that was dealt with statistical analysis of X2 test shows that the loci deviates from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P<0.05). The result of association analysis (GLM) of productive life and linear type traits indicated the months in milk of TT genotype was higher than CC and CT genotype (P<0.05); There was significant difference of life milk yield between CC genotype and CT, TT genotype (P<0.05); The was significant difference among various genotypes of utilized years, the parity when culled, months in milk, lifetime milk yield and the age when culled (P< 0.05). The rear udder height of genotype CT was significant higher than the others (P< 0.05). The analysis of Cox proportional hazards model showed that the FoxO1 gene type has significant effect on months in milk and utilized years (P<0.05).2. C/T mutation has been found at 1466bp in intron 1 of the IBSP gene. There were 3 genotypes which were CC, CT, TT with Hpy166Ⅱ enzyme digestion. The frequency of CC, CT, TT was 0.4551,0.4508,0.0941 respectively. The frequency of allele C was 0.68 and the frequency of allele T was 0.32. The Ho was 0.5652, the He was 0.4348, the Ne was 1.7693 and the PIC was 0.3403 which presents intermediate polymorphisms. The data that was dealt with statistical analysis of X2 test shows that the loci was in the balance of Hardy-Weinberg (P>0.05). The correlation analysis (GLM) between this SNP and productive life indicated that MIM of genotype CC was more than genotype CT and TT (P<0.05). The analysis of Cox proportional hazards model showed that there is no significant of production life among IBSP genotypes(P>0.05).3. C/T mutation has been found in the Rs109305259. There were 3 genotypes which were TT, CT, CC with Hpy166Ⅱ enzyme digestion. The frequency of CC, CT, TT was 0.5038, 0.1524,0.3438 respectively. The frequency of allele C was 0.60 and the frequency of allele T was 0.40. The Ho was 0.5183, the He was 0.4817, the Ne was 1.929 and the PIC was 0.3657 which presents intermediate polymorphisms. The data that was dealt with statistical analysis of X2 test shows that the loci was in the balance of Hardy-Weinberg (P>0.05). The correlation analysis (GLM) between this SNP and productive life indicates that MIM of genotype TT was more than genotype CT (P<0.05) and LMY of genotype CC was higher than CT (P<0.05). The analysis of Cox proportional hazards model showed that there was no significance of production life in Rs109305259 (P<0.05).4. C/T mutation has been found at 17bp in exon 7 of IBSP gene. There were 3 genotypes which were AA, AG, GG with BsaH I enzyme digestion. The frequency of AA, AG, GG was 0.1222,0.5346,0.3432 respectively. The allele frequency of A was 0.39 and the frequency of allele G was 0.61. The Ho was 0.5244, the He was 0.4756, the Ne was 1.907 and the PIC was 0.3625 which presents intermediate polymorphisms. The data that was dealt with statistical analysis of X2 test shows that the loci deviates from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P<0.05). The correlation analysis between this SNP and linear type traits of cows indicates that the LS of GG was higher than AA (P<0.05). There was signification difference between AA and AG, GG in the traits of thurl width, udder depth, rump angle, BCS, chest width (P<0.05).5. The relationship between the linear type traits and productive life was as bellow (GLM):There was significant difference between rump angle, foot angle and MIM (P< 0.05); There was significant difference between foot angle and LMY (P<0.05); There was significant difference between udder depth and parity when culled (P<0.05); There was significant difference between productive life and udder depth, foot angle, rump angle, their difference, chest width, thurl width (P< 0.05) (Cox proportional hazards model).
