As human beings continue to pursue crop yields, fertilizers and pesticides on the irrational and excessive use of agricultural growing. Improving crop yields also makes the soil environment deteriorated. In recent years, agricultural production, people come to realize the important role of beneficial bacteria on the soil to improve the environment. Beneficial bacteria can not only improve the micro ecosystem of soil, but also regulate the growth of plants. Furthermore, the beneficial bacteria can improve soil quality, maintain plants growth healthily and enhance production and quality of plants in the same time.In the old Kiwi garden, to treat the root rot kiwi tree by injecting A bacterial broth or mixing Bacillus subtilis in the soil around the tree roots. By comparing the leaves’ physiological index, rhizosphere soil enzyme activities, the number and structure of microorganisms, to explore the kiwifruit root rot ecological restoration by beneficial bacteria. Then the root rot kiwi trees were only treated by beneficial bacteria mixing in the rhizosphere soil. The rhizosphere soil related indicators were measured three times and compared. In order to make a affect about beneficial bacteria remediation in the root rot kiwi soil. In the third study, Bacillus subtilis and PSB were used alone and mixed to remediate the soil. Beside the related index, the kiwi fruit quality was measured especially. To explore a effect of mixed beneficial bacteria remediation in the old kiwi orchard and the influence of fruit quality. The main results are as follows:(1) Using the different beneficial bacteria to control the root rot kiwi got good effect. The A bacteria can directly kill pathogenic fungi. And Bacillus subtilis can effectively regulate tree rhizosphere microbe quantity and structure, so that the sick plants’ soil enzyme activities can be improved or return to normal levels. With the environment changed, the root and tree growth were promoted.(2) After the root rot kiwi tree rhizosphere soil applicated of Bacillus subtilis, the number and structure of microorganisms were better than a year before. And the soil activity were also improved. The organic matter content and available nutrients were significantly increased. Compared with the control, diseased plant rhizosphere were effectively repaired and more conducive to the growth of kiwi.(3) Bacillus subtilis and PSM or a mixture of them can increase the number of bacteria in the soil. The soil microbes structure and soil nutrients were improved. To make the quality of kiwi fruit better. Mixed two kinds of bacteria’s effect was best. The above results showed that the utilization of the beneficial bacteria in rhizosphere soil could therapy the kiwi trees root rot and renovate soil around the sick roots, while it could optimize soil ecology of healthy elderly kiwifruit orchard and improve fruit quality.
