Effects Of Different Years Soil Amendment Fertilizers On Yield And Quality Formation Of Wheat Cultivar Zhongmai 175

By utilizing soil amendment fertilizer which is composed of organic and inorganic compound and SAP(soil absorbent polymers), this study has analyzed the effects of different year soil amendment fertilizer on the yield, the growth of jointing stage, the ear characters of mature stage and the seeds quality of Zhongmai175 wheat. The results show:1. Compared with traditional fertilization levels(control), exerting soil amendment fertilizer can increase yields significantly on Zhongmai175 wheat, and the increase rate ranges from 8.6% to 11.8%. Compared with the control, the yield of year 2012-2013 significantly increased 224.7kg / hm2, the increase rate was 8.6%, the yield of year 2013-2014 and 2014—2015increased 525.0kg / hm2 and 612 kg / hm2 respectively. The increase rate was 9.9% and11.8%, respectively.2, Exerting soil amendment fertilizer can accelerate the tillering growth and the individual quality of Zhongmai175 wheat significantly. The grade I tillers of increased 6.3% to 18.8% compared with the control; the grade II tillers increased 0% to 44.4%compared with the control; the second roots increased 12.7% to 47.5% compared with the control; the plant height increased 14.8% to 18.8% compared with the control. In addition to this, the total stem number increased 10.4% to 81% compared with the control.3, Exerting soil amendment fertilizer can improve the ear characters of Zhongmai175 wheat significantly. Ear length increased significantly, the ear length increased 6.2% to 22.8% compared with the control; spikelet number increased 0.8% to 11.5% compared with the control; the infertile spikelet number reduced 6.6% to 46.0% compared with the control; The plant height increased 3.3% to 11.0% compared with the control;.4. There is a fluctuation in the effect of exerting soil amendment fertilizer on the quality of zhongmai175 wheat. After treating by utilizing soil amendment fertilizer, the quality indicators of 2012--2014 years dropped significantly, but the situation in 2014--2015 has been improved, among them, the hardness, water absorption change and extensibility these three indicators has reached a significant level, there is an increase of 10.5% in the hardness, an increase of 4.8% in water absorption and an increase of 3.9% in extensibility. Besides, There is also an increase of 0.3% in crude protein content, an increase of 0.5% in bulk density,, an increase of 1.4% in wet gluten content, an increase of 7.7% in sedimentation value,,an increase of 2.9% in maximum resistance, but none of these reached a significant level.
