Super hybrid rice is the rice variety with strong potential of yield, production formation is not only decision on the genetic, but also restricted to the natural environment, the appropriate cultivation methods can make it release full production potential to increase grain production, which is very important to ensure national food security. This experiment is studying different panicle fertilization effect on the promotion of super hybrid rice yield, through the research of different application methods of spike fertilizer acting on the agronomic traits, yield formation factors, physiological indexes and cadmium accumulation of super hybrid rice varieties Y liangyou 900, the analysis results are as follows:1. Application of panicle fertilizer had no significant on internode elongation of super hybrid rice variety Y liangyou 900 on the young ear differentiation period. The panicle length without fertilization is shorter than that in the fertilization process, The panicle length had no significant difference between fertilizer treatments. So application of panicle fertilizer had no significant effect on increasing plant height of this variety. This super hybrid rice variety has strong tolerance to fertilizer, which can adapt to various fertilization methods but without significantly increasing the height to reduce lodging resistance. This rice variety has the basic characteristics of high-yield rice.2. Application of panicle fertilizer on the early stage of the young ear differentiation has a promoting effect on the formation of the effective panicle, and also has effect on the improvement of biological yield and economic yield, especially in high fertility levels.3. Application of panicle fertilizer on the early stage of the young ear differentiation can promote secondary branch differentiation development. Application of panicle fertilizer on the late stage of the young ear differentiation can reduce the degradation of new, and increase the total number of new, but that have no significant effect on seed setting rate and grain.4. On the middle and late stage of the young ear differentiation to application of panicle fertilizer can improve the photosynthetic characters of rice leaf ability and the SPAD value, due to the growth of the chlorophyll content. But the later application, the SPAD value decreased slowly, and the yield does not increasing but decreasing due to the excessive growth and greed green.5. Application of panicle fertilizer on the influence of cadmium accumulation is that, the sonner application, the greater the fertilizer rate is, and the greater the basis of cadmium content is, the cadmium content in rice also corresponding is higher on the later period, but on the middle and later stage to application panicle fertilizer has little impact on cadmium accumulation.
