There are total 16 species of spiders in paddyfield investigated during winter, in which Ummeliata insecticeps, Tetragnatha maxillosa, Pardosa pseudoannulata, Araneus ventricosus, Plexippus paykulli, and Coleosoma octomaculatum are dominant. The place, behaviour and life stage of overwintering of paddyfield spider were reported. By using of UV-Vis spectrophotometry and acid-base titration measure the enzyme (protease and lipase) activity of six kinds of different spiders. The results show that there is some difference on digestive enzyme activity among the different spiders, the reason could be as blow:the difference predation of spiders and the difference of their life of habits.
