| This paper aiming at solving the problem of single herbicide formulations and long residue, it sudy about the weed control effect, safety, production and other factors of the two new dosage formulations of metribuzin (70% of water powder granule and 480 g/L metribuzin suspension agent) in order to determine the optimal dose range of two hebicides control weeds in soybean field. It provides a new choice for chemical weed control in soybean field, and make a contribution to the science of weeding, at the same time, it has significance to increase the yield of soybean fields..The main method is to carry out the field efficacy trials.In the survey,we study about the control effect, the fresh weight control effect, safety and production of 70% of metribuzin water scattered granules and 480 g/L Metribuzin suspension agent on common weeds in soybean field.The final results for using 70% of metribuzin WG after spring soybean seeding, it sprays only one time, the recommended dose for 667m2 is 65-70 grams.The final results for using 480 g/L Metribuzin suspension agent 7 after spring soybean seeding, it sprays only one time, the recommended dose for 667m2 is 82.5~96.25 grams. In this recommended dose range,70% of metribuzin WG and 480 g/L Metribuzin suspension agent have a better control effect of common annual broadleaf weeds (Abutilon theophrasti Medic., Chenopodium album L.Amaranthus retroflexus L.),and the two formulations have a slightly poor control effect of Commelina communis,but have a poor control effect of annual gramineous weed (Echinochloa crusgalli (L.) Beauv.), only certain inhibition, no obvious control effect in spring soybean field. Before the stage of soybean closure, the highest plant control effevt of 480 g/L Metribuzin suspension agent of Abutilon theophrasti Medic., Chenopodium album L.Amaranthus retroflexus L. the control effect were 89.4% and 89.2%,88.6%.The highest plant control effevt of 70% of metribuzin water powder granule of Abutilon theophrasti Medic., Chenopodium album L.Amaranthus retroflexus L. were 90.6% and 93.2%,95.6%.In terms of safety, soybeans have minor injury because of climate and human factors, but it has little effect on the yield of soybean in general; each treatment had different degrees of increase in the yield of spring soybean, and the yield of soybean in the plot of the recommended dosage was the second only to the community of the artificial weeding. |
