Abstract/Summary:
In this paper, through the investigation and Study on the situation of the typical solar greenhouse in province, the main production areas of 5 main facilities in Liaoning province. The performance of solar greenhouse was evaluated from two aspects of greenhouse light and heat environment, and the infrared thermal imaging technology was used to detect the structure of greenhouse. To explore the problems in the design and construction of sunlight greenhouse in Liaoning Province, and put forward the corresponding solutions, and provide reference for the future design of solar greenhouse in Liaoning province.Test selected main vegetable production areas in Shenyang, Dalian, Chaoyang, Jinzhou, Anshan, select the area of a typical solar greenhouse test. Study is divided into three parts. Part 1:measure the greenhouse inside and outside of the variation of the solar radiation intensity calculated indoor solar radiation distribution uniformity, greenhouse transmittance of light environment parameters, to explore the greenhouse daylighting performance and front roof structure curve. Thermal environment parameters of the second part is the measurement of greenhouse inside and outside temperature changes, retaining structure surface temperature and structure of heat flux calculated greenhouse temperature coefficient, effective storage rate and structure of heat penetration rate and to examine the greenhouse thermal properties and greenhouse wall materials, front roof covering material relationship. The third part is the use of infrared thermal imager to detect the envelope of the greenhouse, summed up the greenhouse in the actual production of heat insulation weak links.Experimental results table Mingqian roofing uses hyperbolic type design, the greenhouse in transmittance, solar radiation distribution uniformity light environment parameters is better than that of the ellipse shape and roundness arc type design. The performance of the front roof covering material and the rear slope has a very important influence on the thermal insulation performance of the greenhouse at night. The back wall and side wall materials will affect the effective greenhouse heat storage, effective heat storage brick structure wall of rammed earth wall is better than 16.5%. The insulation performance of the front roof and the back slope of the greenhouse is influenced by the thermal insulation property of the greenhouse.The problems in design, construction and assembly of solar greenhouse in Liaoning province are summarized in this experiment:(1)the design of the roof structure is not reasonable, which affects the performance of the greenhouse lighting and interior lighting environment.(2) the lack of heat preservation measures taken after the slope of the greenhouse, resulting in low heat insulation capacity of the greenhouse at night.(3) using a single straw before the greenhouse roof, the combination of easy insulation weak link.(4) greenhouse before the bottom, side wall and roof with the Department, the front roof and slope with retaining structure such as combination of heat preservation measures are inadequate, cause the greenhouse heat preservation ability is decreased.(5) the assembly way of greenhouse rolling machine welding on the frame of the greenhouse, forming the weak link of the greenhouse heat preservation.
