Chinese feed industry has experienced many years of development, which has made a significant contribution to the rapid development of Chinese aquaculture industry. However, with the increasing demand for animal food, the concept of " health, green, environmental protection, scientific breeding " has strengthened, the quality of the feed demand is also improving gradually.Due to the emergence of bacterial resistance, drug residues, environmental hazards and other issues, the era of antibiotic growth has been eliminated. Along with the rising concept of "Healthy breeding", the scheme of " probiotics adjunction, feed fermentation can balance intestinal micro ecology, improve immunity " appears step by step, they all provide a promising key to solving the problem of animal drug residues in aquaculture. At present, identifying and applying the quality of fermented feed products is a major problem for enterprises. The aim of this study is to compare two different fermented feed and conventional breeding pig feed, which based on analyzing and detecting finishing pigs growth performances, blood biochemical indicators, indices of antioxidant capacity and immune function, comparing the effects of different feed on finishing pigs.Things above can provide scientific experimental basis on the production and application of fermented feed to related enterprises. This test selected 120 two crossbred finishing pigs weighing at about 35 kg,they were divided into three groups randomly, with 4 replicates per group and repeated the first 10 pigs. The control group was fed with normal diet, the test group was fed with fermented feed A, and the substrate was fermented feed with corn soybean meal. Test group Ⅱ was fed with fermented feed B, and the substrate was fermented feed with complete feed. The test period was 35 days. The results of growth performance of feeding finishing pigs with two diets showed that: the test group Ⅱ was distinctly higher than the average daily gain and test group Ⅰ (P <0.05),test group Ⅱ’s feed meat ratio was distinctly lower than that of the control group and the test group Ⅰ (P<0.05), but each group’s average daily mining intake differences were not distinct(P> 0.05).The results of serum biochemical indicators showed that the test group Ⅰ total protein content in serum was distinctly lower than the control group (P<0.05), test group Ⅰ in serum glucose levels were distinctly higher (P<0.05). Compared with the control group,in both fermented feed, serum albumin, globulin, albumin/globulin, aspartate aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase, total cholesterol, urea nitrogen levels were not distinctly (P> 0.05), and both groups fermented feed between serum urea nitrogen content was not distinct(P<0.05).The results of antioxidant capacity of the feeding finishing pigs with two diets showed that:comparing with the control group, serum T-SOD activity increased to varying extent, but the test group Ⅱ was distinctly different (P<0.05), two kinds of fermented feed serum T-AOC, MDA and GSH-PX levels were not distinctly (P> 0.05).Analysis of the immune function showed that, comparing with the control group, contents of both fermented feed serum IgG, IgA, IgM, IgE have an improving tendency, but the differences were not distinct (P> 0.05).Comprehensive analysis results show that the substrate for the complete feed to the finishing pigs, can distinctly improve the average daily weight gain of finishing pigs, cut the cost, increase the body’s antioxidant capacity and enhance the body immune function, the advantages above are recommended for production and use.
