Peanuts is one of the important economic crops and oil crops in China, its effect in world trade has been rising gradually in recent years. The peanuts planting in China are of good quality, and be one of the important export crops. To a certain extent, it promotes the development of national economy and the development of agriculture. In recent years, on account to the excessive use of fertilizers and irrational fertilization, the rate of fertilizer utilization grows slowly, the fertilizer pollution is getting worse, the improvement of crop yield is limited. The bacterial manure is a kind of fertilization, which is nuisanceless and can enhance soil fertility and increase crop resistance to disease, also increase the nutrients absorption of plants. This research through the field experiment, investigated the effect of two kinds of bacterial manures on the growth and development of peanuts, the soil fertility, the soil bacterial community and the yield of peanuts. The main conclusions were summarized as follows:(1) Applications of solution Bokerun and powder Bokerun bacterial manures could promote the vegetative growth of peanut, and the effects cooperating with conventional manures are more obvious.(2) Applications of solution Bokerun and powder Bokerun bacterial manures have the effects on increasing the soil fertility. This two kinds of ferment bacterial manures just contain little nutrient compared with conventional fertilization, but cooperating with conventional fertilization, these bacterial manures could promote the release of conventional fertilizer nutrients, thus increasing the effects of soil fertility. During the whole growth stage, fertilizing only one kind of ferment bacterial manure couldn’t increase the soil nutrient content; Applications of solution Bokerun and powder Bokerun bacterial manures with conventional manures or carbon basal have the effects on increasing the soil NH4+-N content, but have little effect on NO3-N content; Applications of solution Bokerun and powder Bokerun bacterial manures with conventional manures or carbon basal have more effect at the late growth stage on soil available potassium.(3) Applications of solution Bokerun and powder Bokerun bacterial manures have the effects on increasing plant accumulation of nutrition. Compared with no fertilization treatment, applications only bacterial manures or application with conventional manures or carbon basal, also could increase plant accumulation of nutrition, and applications of bacterial manures with conventional manures or carbon basal have more effects; Compared with no fertilization treatment, applications only bacterial manures could increase plant accumulation of nutrition, but compared with conventional manure, the accumulation of N and K is less, the accumulation of P changes little.(4) Applications of solution Bokerun and powder Bokerun bacterial manures have the effects on increasing the quantity of bacteria in the soil significantly. Solution Bokerun bacterial manure is vulnerable to the influence by conventional fertilizations as slowing down the quantity increase which compared with single bacterial manure. This phenomenon possibly relates to the liquid form of the bacterial manure solution Bokerun, the fertilization pattern and the element and the concentration of the conventional fertilization. As for powder Bokerun, it is invulnerable to the influence by conventional fertilization. It could increase the quantity of soil bacteria by single bacterial manure, when applying with conventional fertilization the influence of increasing the quantity is more remarkable.(5) Applications of solution Bokerun and powder Bokerun bacterial manures have the effects on increasing production. Compared with no fertilizer application, application solution Bokerun with conventional fertilizer increases production at 38.1%; application solution Bokerun with carbon base fertilizer of peanut increases production at 37.4%. This phenomenon state application solution Bokerun with carbon base fertilizer of peanut is a better way to increase production. Compared with no fertilizer application, application powder Bokerun with conventional fertilizer increases production at 41.6%; application powder Bokerun with carbon base fertilizer of peanut increases production at37.2%. This phenomenon state application powder Bokerun with conventional fertilizer is a better way to increase production.
